Buffalo Wild Wings, Mason OH

Went with 6 people total. Big party arrived after us, ordered and were served before us. Waited over 2 hours and only one of us got served. Ridiculous.

Karen and Katie I believe, did an excellent job The food was amazing the fast service, I will definitely be back in the future.

Everything is good. They just take longer now with ordering, take out, etc. And their really expensive nowadays. When doing pick-up, I highly recommend checking your food. They usually miss things like, extra sauce, or side sauces. Especially if you get two sauces on the side for cauliflower wings. Since they don't do the potatoe chips anymore, the wedges are really good to get.

Everything was good as normal. The only thing different is the buffalo hot wing sauce is hotter like the recipe has been changed.

I always order boneless.hot and wet and its a heat I have always counted on and I like the flavor. The wings yesterday was considerably hotter not as enjoyable.

Sat for 10 minutes in the bar area and never seen hide or hair of any employee! Guy finally came and said he was the only one working but he wasn’t on the floor the whole time I was waiting! The restaurant industry is going to hell in a hand basket! Construction taking place in the restaurant! Terrible experience all around! One couple came in and couldn’t get any acknowledgment…. They left! I won’t return!

Let’s be honest… what happened to BW3 since Arby’s bought them out? The food has taken a terrible hit in quality, especially their chicken.

Service is usually very nice and professional but it’s really slow to get seated usually when there is plenty of seats open.

They have robot style delivery, which seems like a waste of money to me. Especially when they get stuck on things like baby high tops.

Wish it was like the old bw3, most of the time.

I mean, it's B-Dubs Wings are usually the best item on the menu, traditional usually better than boneless. Burger was decent, but super greasy (but again, it's burger). Onion rings were decent. Service was very good.

Sports bar atmosphere.

All tables were Dirty. So we sat at the bar. Bartender was very nice. Food was over cooked.

Amazing service as always. The robots are trying to keep up. I love watching them roll by, dumping food. (please for the 7th request, fix that ledge from the kitchen into dining so it won't keep spilling).
Anyway, it's always fun and friendly there. Yes there are real human servers as well. Food is always cooked to perfection! YES, will always be going back!

I have called this location 3-4 times to order through phone. But no one answered my call it’s been 1-2 hours I have been calling multiple times.

No star for my entire visit. Except for the waitress she atleast had some couth about her. Bartender guy long haired white dude was total garbage. Didn't like that I like my first couple beers dressed so he sabotaged my beer and got caught. I watched him fill basically put enough salt in my beer to damn near kill a man and then joke about.well he got what he wanted.on the waitresses behalf, she did refuse to bring me the beer. Will never return again to the Mason location. Robots serving food and a prick bartender ruined that. 0 stars for me. And I hope everyone else gets better service.

Charging the customer a fee for ordering online is ridiculous.

The food temperature was barely warm. The chicken was also dry.

Had the best service here ever. The two girls here were so kind and welcomed me and my whole party when we came in. They were friendly the whole time and we got our food so fast. Told me their names were Maddie and Emme. Love BDUBS!

LEXII, was so amazing at her job. She was a stranger to me but felt like my best friend. Very down to earth and FAST at her job. She checked up on me MULTIPLE times. I will ask for her to be my waitress every time.

Management must’ve really stepped up the game—food has been 10/10 last 6 months.reminds me of the old BW3

We just left Kings island, starving. We stopped at a TGI Fridays (first mistake) and they were very rude and told us they wouldn’t take a party of 10. This was two hours before their posted closing.

So, we found this BW3 and headed over. The manager was polite and seated us immediately. We told them the we were starving and told them about the experience at TGI Friday’s. Our server, Taylor, came over immediately and got us some drinks and took our order quickly.

Anyone can put up a building and open a business, your people make the difference.

Highly recommended!
