I recently purchased a certified used truck from Crestmont Buick GMC. The whole transaction was handled over the phone or by email as I live in Virginia. Nathan Fisher and Cory Lutz made it a smooth deal. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They even handled shipping the truck to me. My "new" truck arrived this week and is exactly what they represented to me. As a general sales manager at a dealership, I can really appreciate their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

For as great of an experience I had at Crestmont Cadillac, my fiance had an equally opposite experience at Crestmont GMC.

First and foremost, the saleswoman Lynn was incredibly disorganized throughout the process. The finance department was a mess and took forever, and now seeing where we are at with everything, the disorganization makes more sense in hindsight.

Secondly, the car my fiance purchased was supposed to be a pre-owned certified Yukon, having passed a 172 point inspection. Since purchasing this vehicle, it has had nothing but problems.

First, its remote start was not working (and they gave us a Chevy key fob for a GMC vehicle, which my fiance had to go back a second time to pick up separately because they weren't organized enough to have it ready then). Then it had to have its entire transmission replaced. Now it needs an entirely new fuel injector system.

While these were at least covered by the CPO, we are sick and tired of having to take this car into the shop - isn't the point of buying CPO to have them handle this stuff for you ahead of time? Who serviced and certified this vehicle?

Oh, and they didn't even bother replacing the spark plugs before letting it off the lot, which was NOT covered by CPO, so that was a fun unexpected $425 charge to have to deal with on top of everything else.

Thirdly, and most egregiously, this dealership promised that the loan my fiance was approved for would NOT have an early payment penalty, which he explicitly asked for, and is just finding out from the bank now that the loan they ACTUALLY set him up with does have an early payment penalty.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this is outrageous and unacceptable, and has been from the start. We do not recommend this dealership in the slightest.

I was shocked at the cost of a 60,000 miles tune-up
when the labor is 3 times the cost of the actual costs of the supplies used to repair the car. If I was shown the actual cost of the supplies in advance I would have walked out.showing someone the total cost of what is being done is very deceptive.

Purchased a Pontiac Vibe today, although it was a budget used car, everyone at the dealership was friendly and efficient. No pressure, no games, just a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Sean Prude, he was terrific. Thank you!

This was by far the best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Beachwood will be recommended to everyone I know who may be looking to purchase a vehicle

Buick GMC in Beachwood is clean and has performed service on my automobile Several times. The service has always been performed well and my automobile is always washed thoroughly at the end of the session.

Sean was great. I shopped around at various dealership prior to going to GMC beachwood. I felt Sean listened to what I wanted, showed me great customer service, and gave me a great deal on my GMC Terrain. I recommend going to this dealership and buying a car from Sean in the future.
