Build-A-Bear Workshop, Dublin OH

My girlfriend and her daughter and I went today for her daughter's 18th birthday. Matt helped us, and he was a delight!
I've personally never been there before, and somehow managed to feel like a kid again. He was super helpful, funny, took a group photo, and it was overall an excellent experience!

By far had the best experience today. Matt is amazing! Thank you to him for helping us. I hope he had as much fun as the 3 of us ladies did. We will be back!

Wasn't aware that they were still only allowing so many in the store. The line seemed to move at a nice pace.

Customer service was excellent. I gave 4 stars because prices were higher than expected and had to children no to their more desired items.

We loved it. We had an amazing time. We had 6 ppl with us getting bears and they got us in and out quickly on a sunday. PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!

Everything about this store is the greatest! I love to take my son here every year for Christmas!

I went there today for my birthday and the staff member who helped me was so nice and fun! I will definitely be coming back here.

This was our first time at a Build-A-Bear and it was a great experience. Our daughter did their birthday bear for $4 because she turned 4 this month. Then she picked out Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. All the staff was patient, kind and gave our daughter the best experience. She left with two "stuffy's", an outfit a piece and a huge smile on her face. So glad we chose this location. It was also clean, organized and had a ton to choose from.

Got a bear for our 2 daughters age 19 and 7. They loved them. Plus gift cards so they can get more stuff for their bear/rabbit. Just wish they had CINCINNATI BEARCATS merchandise.

Staff was amazing. Did their jobs no questions asked. 2 20 year olds or a whole family full of >5 year olds they do whatever you want no judgment very happy

I highly recommend this location (Dublin, Ohio). Staff is very friendly and gives the full heart ceremony with a big kid like me. I give 10 gold stars.

Took my son in for his pay your age bear! The entire staff was extremely friendly and inviting! My son had alot of fun!
