Build-A-Bear Workshop reviews
19Loved taking my 3 year old daughter here she loves her Toothless the Dragon and Mimi the Unicorn ️
The clerk here was awesome and very helpful and nice! Recommend, the manager here has a good eye for hiring good people! Cheers!
Have made a few bears at this location, most recently made a bear with my teenaged sister before I moved away and it was a great experience, the staff was super sweet and helpful
Now you charge for the cardboard boxes. Why not take 75 cents off if I dont take it instead of adding 75 cents. The staff looked like they did not want to be there.
Came for a birthday party and the kids had a great time. It was a little crowded, which was expected on a Saturday afternoon. The staff are really friendly and great with kids. The "bath" area for the pets was a little sad, it had only one brush and it was really worn out and dirty. Other than that I think there was plenty of selection and overall a good experience.
BAB is a wonderful experience for kids teenage and younger. The culture is similar to the Disney store, friendly and kid-first. The staff are super friendly and understanding of timid children. They have a great variety of bears to choose from, including current trendy options. The bears can be customized in many ways, and the shop offers accessories and activities for your chosen bear. They assist the children to stuff their own bear.
You are given a personal birth certificate with each bear.
Prices can be kind of high $40+, but affordable options are available too.
Awesome, friendly, personal attention to what the child wants. Love it will definitely be going back. Can't say enough.
My 2 year old nephew got a bear for only 2 dollar because of his birthday. The staff was super friendly and helpful
This place is so much fun! My daughter and I went there to make her first build a bear and it was a lovely experience.
This build a bear needs more people working went there and only one person was running the store!
The customer service is great. When they are stuffing the bear the interaction with the child is so personal and caring.
My little ones love their bears! We all had a blast and all the people that helped us were so sweet!
We had a great time at Build A Bear. Took my 4 year old grand daughter for her birthday and the girl helping us was wonderful. My granddaughter is usually very shy but she talked and did all of the steps with the help of the sales girl. We will have memories to share for a longtime. Great employees!
Highway robbery. Even pay your age is a scam. Concept is cute but completely unaffordable for the average income.
Spent a small fortune but anything to see my granddaughter smile. The staff is amazing. We had a wonderful time.
Guys you should go here. Go ahead and skip the game and beers on Sunday with the guys. This is way better!
My wife stood in line for 3 hours just to be told that they didn’t have enough stock and was told to leave. No rain check or nothing. Way to treat a woman with a disabled child. Your store has forgotten the reason they started. You let the daycares get in first and pushed her back. Then told her that. Can’t wait til corporate hears what you did to a shareholders son
It was very busy and not enough employees. It wasn't the magical experience for my kids that it had been before.
