Matt was who I talked to, pricing was awesome, all the guys in the yard were courteous. I will never go to pull a part again, as long as bumper to bumper is in business.thanks again bumper to bumper! So.today 11/22/23 I went to get a rear end for my HHR. Bushings were not good. They pointed it out. Good people, good parts.they don't sell you nothing without your approval! Thanks again!

Lousy business. It’s no wonder why their Better Business Bureau rating is sinking.

This business promised me they would have a part in for me by next day as long as I traveled across town to pay them upfront. This seemed strange but I’ve never dealt with this business and I needed the part immediately so I did it. Big mistake on my part.
They didn’t have the part next day so I waited another day. They still didn’t call me as they said they would so I called them. Was told the company sending them the part canceled on them. So then Tiny tells me he’ll have it in the next day and will call me. I never got the call so I tried calling Tiny. Each time I called, they’d pick up and before I could even speak I’d hear “please hold” and they put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 8 minutes each time, they would pick up the phone and quickly disconnect the call.
On the 3rd call, after waiting for 8 minutes on hold, they didn’t disconnect quickly enough so their phone system started ringing them again. They picked up and finally I got to talk. He tells me he still doesn’t have my part. I told him forget it, I’m done - don’t bother with the part - just refund my money. REFUND MY MONEY. I can not wait any longer.
I disconnected. 2 weeks later I still have not been refunded. I contacted the Better Business Bureau to submit a complaint.
So after 2 weeks Tiny calls me complaining about me contacting the BBB.
I told him he still has not refunded my money and I refuse to do business with them, they have not called me and frankly, after such lousy treatment from them he left me with no other choice. Then he tells me he has the part all of a sudden and has tried calling me several times to notify me. I pointed out to him that there is absolutely no phone records of incoming calls from their business other than the original 2 from 2 weeks earlier. So here he is lying to me again. I told him to please just stop.
I gave him one more opportunity to refund my money. If he would have just done the right thing, his BBB report would have been marked resolved with no impact to his rating. All this over $60.
He flat out told me he will not issue a refund for the part I never received next day as promised not 3 days after that.
I didn’t need it after that so where’s my refund? It’s now over 2 weeks later.
I have been advised my next step will be to contact the State Attorneys General.
So that’s going to happen next. Now I’ve had to do this review because still no refund of 60 dollars.

We were so grateful for service going above and beyond when I showed up unexpectedly to pick up parts that still needed to be pulled. (Miscommunication between hubby and I.) I was kindly accommodated and served promptly. Everyone was so helpful and professional. Pricing was very competitive as well.

Bought altinater. Was wrong one. Gave us another one. Was bad to whining like crazy. DontOnWon't give us our money back.

ADVISING ALL AGAIN - NO verbal restocking fee was stated on purchase prior to monetary transaction. NO mention either, when customer phoned & inquired on an exchange. Also, your reply regarding mounting is FALSE! REGARDLESS, what company WON'T DO AN EXCHANE? ! = Bumper 2 Bumper

LOOK OUT - 30% restocking fee, for the Wrong tires sold and confirmed by Bumper to Bumper owner, Tony.
Think twice, prior to purchase, better yet, don't buy. Anyone need 4 brand NEW, Never mounted tires size 255/70 /16?
Tony will now reduce the exchange to $35 whereas, he could have elaborated to the senior that a LT tire was necessary.

Really nice clean affordable parts. Friendly staff. The guy walked a whole back hatch out to my truck for me without hesitation.

Drove 3.5 hrs from Michigan to pick up a chevy sonic front end that matched my cars color and it matches perfectly. They were super nice and straight forward about any damage, I highly recommend these guys, I l felt like family there. If you need parts for any car give them a call, you won't regret it!

I went here hoping they were open for business after I made a phone call to the office. I like others thought the business was closed but it just changed ownership and they advised me that it's better than before. As he promised, the part he ordered came quickly and the day specified and he called me as promised. The part I ordered came in better condition than expected and the price was fair. I'll be going back!

These guys are awesome! I had to get a rim for my car and they ordered one and I thought it was going to be a slightly stretched one but nope it was brand new! That was awesome then I discovered that I had to get 2 more rims they also were able to get me 2 new ones for cheaper than the original price and since this was my second rim in like a week he also was able to get me another discount! On top of that the delivery time was so quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing rims or parts!
