Horrible customer service. I purchased my mom a gift card TWO MONTHS ago for a deluxe pedicure. She has called weekly trying to book a pedicure and the worker on the phone responds with “ we’re booked” and doesn’t even offer an alternate time/ day. I have the receipt and gift card and have even asked if they’re so busy to give me a refund and they said “ we don’t do refunds”. I understanding being busy around the holidays but not offering one single time / day within the time span of two months for a pedicure is insane and uncalled for. Don’t sell gift cards if you cannot provide the service.

I usually don’t write reviews but I am not happy. I actually just got home from this salon. Now I am originally from this area, but have been living in Texas since 2017. I really needed my nails done so went through the reviews and picked here for my mother and I since we were way overdue. I have never in my life been treated so rude. We had every intention to do Christmas nails. When I showed her the one red I like she very rudely told me that would be an up charge and I said ok no problem. The she proceeded to take the old off and I tried to have small talk oh that wasn’t happening. Then she said what color you want so I figured the first one I chose wasn’t good. So I picked another red and said I wanted green on my ring finger. She wasn’t happy.so she was painting my nails and my wedding bands started sliding down my finger and I didn’t want it to fall off and get green paint on it so I went to move my finger to catch it and was scolded like a child. Don’t be moving that is how messes happen, she wasn’t nice about it at all. Not only once did she scold me but like 3 times. Then right before the top coat it was anything else? I was like I don’t want to inconvenience anyone but I did want something else on my nails but after the rudeness not a chance. I know I will never come back to this establishment ever again. My mother said her neither. I tried to tell the person checking me out what happened and was ignored.

Absolutely amazing! If you want a nail tech that actually takes their time and does a fantastic job, this is where you want to go!

Dip with extensions. Lasted a long time. Smooth even finish. Hard to get in the same day. Booked two weeks out. Very happy with the results. However, prices are not readily available. I didn't know the cost until I paid.

It was my first time visiting Bunny Nails. They took me right in one evening even though I didn't have an appointment. Peter and Phoenix worked together to give me a mani/pedi.

Very quite for a nail salon but it’s a clean well decorated salon. Nice, pleasant Techs. I got a full set. Wasn’t sure of their design abilities so I went with a color design they had displayed. I was very impressed. My nails turned out very beautiful. If they don't lift earlier than they should I will definitely be making this location my new go-to.

So this was the first time I ever had a pedicure. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. They’re so friendly, so kind and so clean. I can’t recommend this place enough. You have to come, they are Wonderful.

I love the work they do, but honestly it sucks that they advertise as "walk in and appointments" but they only take appointments and I have yet to ever be able to make an appointment!

Got in and out in 1 hour with what I asked for in shape and length. April helped pick a good color that would finish nicely.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever visited. The staff was very friendly and knew all clients by name. My pedi and gel mani are perfect. I will be back!

Have driven by this place so many times so today I decided to stop by and try them out.

I used Bunny Nails for my first pedicure it was wonderful. The salon was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
