Normally this location is very friendly. Ironically, I think that was part of the problem because I was in complete shock that I was being treated in such a cold and demeaning way. I went in needing to renew an expired lisence. I knew there were 2 types and had every intention of asking questions about the difference but it was clear from the very beginning that any question would be a stupid question, so I skipped the questions. I heard the word “fly” and went with that one. It didn’t get better when looking at my documents. It seemed like what I had wasn’t going to work (which is fine, totally understand). Again though, just cold and made to feel like a complete idiot. At this point I really was. I was so shook up from being treated that way. I did have what was needed.and thankfully I won’t have to be back for 8 years. Hopefully.
Maybe she was just having a bad day, and maybe she doesn’t normally treat nice people badly, but today she (Treasa) did. 6/13/23

Polite staff at least on 1st shift. I didn't have to stand in line and was able to get the info I needed within a few minutes.

I wish I would have got her name, I do know she was a supervisor today, 3/16.she went above and beyond for my husband and I! Thank you so much!

Treasa was nothing short of wonderful and a massive help in a stressful situation. The people here were chill, professional, and polite not to mention the total time was maybe 10min

Best experience at a BMV yet. In and out with new tags in under 15 minutes. But I've never been held up too long at the Shelby BMW. They have it going on.

To much of putting there hands over there mouths & talking to next teller, makes you feel uncomfortable like there talking about you or another customer

I purchased my plates this morning, and the transaction was completed in approximately ten minutes. Treasa was very efficient, yet friendly and helpful. It is really nice to experience such excellent customer service which is rare these days. I drove 25 miles round trip to use this agency. I renewed my driver's license a year and 1/2 ago here and had the same wonderful service. Thank you!

Went on my lunch break. Tags and license renewed in less than 30 minutes. Ladies were nice and got me out quickly.

Go to Mansfield. These people have no idea what they are talking about. Saying we needed this and that and I knew we didn't. Went straight to Mansfield and got everything taken care of with the exact same paperwork. Better give your employees a training course at this joke of a BMV office.

Always very friendly ladies to help you. Clean facility. Very quick service. I drive 35 mins out of town to come here! Always a great experience and never a long wait. I appreciate these ladies.

Very comprehensive unit, informative, professional and polite. I had a trainee working to assist me and any questions she had her coworkers jumped in immediately to help.

I have been to several BMVs in my time. This one is the best. Everything was quick and efficient. I will go to this location again.
