Rude and snarky service. Don’t go to this location you will be a bother to them. Someone else would love to have their job and would treat people fairly.

Every time me and my husband go into this locations they are nothing but rude. Not helpful and shut you down when you ask questions to understand what they are asking for. This is a horrible one to go to. Definitely much better ones in canton.

I went to renew my license this is my second trip first was my birthday where they said i needed a social security card or w2 along with a utility bill an my bc. That trip only thing i was missing was my w2 and or sscard this trip my bc is unacceptable because it is taped.i cant win for losing

Very quick and efficient service. Customer service was severely lacking. Questions asked were answered with a healthy dose of sarcasm. Other than the lackluster interaction, I got done what was needed and can seek out friendlier services elsewhere, I suppose.

Employees are super rude everytime I come into this location. Disappointing because this location is right down the street from me. I'll continue to drive out of my way to the massillon location since I've never had a problem with them.

Got my tags and license renewed today was a great easy task. Amy was very nice and answered all my questions.she was very knowledgable. Canton south Bmv I highly recommend. They take all types of payment

Went to register a kayak. I forgot my check book, and I realized when I pulled into the parking lot. I called into the BMV the lady on the phone stated they take all forms of payment. I went in. The 2 ladies working stated they take cash only. I explained I had just called in and was told they take all forms of payment. The 1 lady stated that it was just them 2 and that I didn't call. I confirmed the phone number with them that I dialed on my cell, and it was correct. Both ladies were rude. I left and went to a different BMV and had a great experience. (The other BMV took all forms of payment, and looked puzzled as to why I was asking if they took cash only.)

Went to get a new licence since I just got married. Told them I needed an address change and name change. Tried handing the paperwork to the clerk. She made my new card and away I went. Later when I looked at my card it had my maiden name and not my new name. Called the office on my way back to correct the issue. I asked if I needed my marriage licence again and they said no just your receipt. I drove over 30 min back there for them to tell me they can't fix it without paperwork again and told me I had to come back tomorrow. So frustrating and no care was given that it was their mistake twice and I have to drive 30 min again for the 3rd time.

Rude customer service! Only one lady here has shown great customer service and is always friendly. Today I show up at exactly noon, knowing that they close at noon. A lady from the back yelled that we are closed. I mentioned that the door was unlocked, and the sign in the window said open and they should turn the sign. As I walked out, she continued to yell across the room. I open the door to find out what she said. She rudely said that they close at noon and the sign said closed. I looked and mentioned that a sign the size of a drivers license said closed, and maybe they should turn the large sign that’s a bit more clear around. She then got more of an attitude, and said well we are close so leave. I didn’t catch her name, but she is the reason that this location is getting a low review.

2 of the younger women I've felt with on 3 different occasions, were SUPER RUDE to myself and other customers during my visits!

Terrible. Employee couldn't answer a very simple question, and made me out to be the dumb one when she couldn't answer. Fees I was paying magically jumped $5 mid conversation with zero explanation. The last time I came in, the same employee accused me of falsifying documents, loudly, and then threatened me with an investigator. Will not be returning. I'll take my business to a location with better and more knowledgeable staff.

They look for any little thing that will stop them from doing their job. Lazy and very rude people. If you don't like your job ladies get a new one.

I have been using this BMV for years, and am surprised to see bad reviews. I have always been treated wonderfully. Headed there today in fact.

This is the worst License Bureau in the entire state. I was treated very rudely and the clerks didn't seem to care.
I asked for the owner and she said her name was Hanni I knew it was just another corrupt license bureau owned by political hacks from Youngstown.

The worst employees ever they act as if your beneath them and are bothering them. One employee had the audacity to yell at my aunt who was dying from cancer because she signed the wrong line on the title makeing it void which made my aunt get loud with her, then having another employee start to yell at my aunt as well.

Very disrespectful employees. They behave as though you are a bother. I sense an attitude of "I have authority over you as a person". Some of your employees should not be dealing with the public.
