Well organized expect a wait due to longer process. And make sure u take the documents you need. Staff meets you outside and verifies you have what you need so you don't waste time in line.

I had the privilege of working with Rae Ann. Wonderful staff that turned a nightmare for me from the asinine Medina branch to a much better situation. I will always come here for friendly service, and for shorter lines! Didn’t spend more than 5 minutes there! Keep up the great work!

Went in to get my license renewed with new address, lady tells me I need all kinds of paperwork and was super rude in doing so. I left came back a little later and another lady said I didn't need it bc I didn't need it to be compliant.what a waste of my time!

Better pack a lunch if you are going to the BMV in Wadsworth. You're better off going the extra distance to Medina. The line might be longer but at least it moves.

Want to wait and possibly ruin your day? Then Come to the Wadsworth DMV. Desperately understaffed. Staff is nice, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Every time I was there I was promptly called, and did not have to wait at all. Personnel very friendly and tried to help me as much as they could.
