Try to call to ask a simple question and the line is continuously busy. Great customer service. NOT!

I drove from Hicksville to Defiance BMV to renew my license today. I brought my current license, a utility bill, and my social security card. I was told rather rudely that I also needed my birth certificate to complete the process. Understandable, not their fault. I drove back to Hicksville, got what I needed and went back to Defiance BMV, only to be told that one utility bill was not enough, I needed two. Angry now, I went to the local library and the wonderful staff there helped me print a second utility bill. I raced back to the BMV again and arrived at 5: 01pm. The door was still open so I begged them to help me out. I said "I've been here three times today, is there any way you can help me? " Two of the staff members simply ignored me and walked away, while the third staff member laughed at me and said there was no way they could help. It was already one minute past 5 and absolutely not. Nobody deserves to be laughed at. I'll be going to Bryan BMV from now on.

Sitting in a chair waiting in line for 20 minutes and a person walks in and WITHOUT taking a number gets waited on and Gets waited on In front of 8 other customers that have been waiting! Then I get called a few minutes later and finish my business and As I was leaving I look over my shoulder and she's still there. And I was kind of listening to the conversation and they must have known each other because it took her about 25 minutes. And she still wasn't done. It really upsets me when people Get specially treatment when they know the workers there

I don't know her name but there is a lanky short haired blonde women who was extremely rude and in my honest opinion she needs to be fired immediately.

Always helpful. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I've had business here numerous times, and I have never been disappointed, nor had any complaints.

I never had any issues here in the past and I've been coming here for 5 years. I went there the other day to get my voting registration updated. I had called a couple days prior and spoke to a represenitive that told me to update my licence and it would reflect on my voting registration. I wasn't to sure about that but she told me that's what I had to do. While I was updating my licence registration my representive just ditched. Literally she said nothing just walked to there break room. I had to ask another lady for help. She went and got my represenitive I cleared with her before leaving that this would reflect on my voting registration. She looked at me funny and told me I filled out the wrong form. I explained that another represenitive had told me to do that. And she wouldn't stop telling me over and over I filled out the wrong form. Like she was blaming me. I kept try to explain what had happened. I finally raised my voice because she wouldn't stop. I filled out the correct form and finished while handing it to her she again started blaming me and telling me I did the wrong form. I then again explained what happened and told her that her job isn't my job and I'm not required to know all the info she knows. That when another lady spoke up and said alright we get it you can leave now. I then asked for her manager and that's when my represenitive laughed and said the other girl that got in on it is the boss. I asked the boss where I could get a hold of her boss at and she said Columbus I said who do I call in Columbus she said again Columbus. I said I need a phone number she gave me the number and as I was writing down their names. My represenitive told me to leave. I said I will leave in a timely manner because I was still writing atm. She said no you will leave now I said no I won't and she kept telling me to leave. Then I told her she was being very rude and she said no you need to look at yourself in the mirror. I then said okay as I was walking out I'll be sure to let Columbus know you said that. I cannot believe how terrible service I got. I didnt curse I didn't do anything that would give her the right to try kicking me out. I hope they get new professional workers in there.
