Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Marion OH

This is the 3rd time I have been there since moving here and my experiences each time have actually been amazing! Besides the prices the government charges us for our vehicles.

We live 35 miles away from this facility and this is the only location my daughter could get her driver exam scheduled before going to college again. Both examiners and license issuing staff are nice and helpful for your driving license needs. Strongly recommend this place as go to for BMV needs.

Overall pretty great experience. The employee helped me as much as she could and was very understanding of my situation. I very much recommend checking in online. It's much more convenient

Everything went very smoothly there were four workers there. Everybody was very nice and friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I got my picture taken and it turned out beautiful, I was there for a new driver's license.

I'm from Baltimore Maryland and the DMV there is a shitshow they have excellent customer service very kind and they do their best to get people in and out.and from where I'm from I moved here the speed and not a lot of people there is fantastic!

I’ve had great and poor customer service from this particular BMV hence the average rating. The check in process although a good idea, needs to be more streamlined.

Update Fall 2022: this location seems to have outgrown its location. It would be better served in a more accessible location like on Rt 95 near US 23. The wait and the parking continues to be horrible. I drove to a secondary city 12 miles in the opposite direction to renew tags in 2023 with no wait and 1 person in line. Reduced to 2 stars since efficiency seems to be lacking.

Marissa went above and beyond. Hannah helped as well Great people they went above and beyond! They need a raise excellent customer service at a DMV JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN. But today lightening struck twice.

This place needs to get with the times when it comes to electronic titles, when you move from another state.
