6It always sucks to go here. But the big guy behind the counter would not stop having extended casual conversations with the customers and even included other co workers in his conversations. Thus slowing their progress as well. Everyone waiting was visible annoyed
Leigha is the best, she is so welcoming and really can solve any issue with a smile, she answered all the calls while helping people, she is really one of them loyal employees that you can’t let them go, she needs a promotion and a raise!
If you go there you are lucky if she is one to help!
How often you hear this? “Had a great visit to the BMV today! ”… Well I actually did
I had to get the Title put into my name, it’s paid off! Then register + get new plates. No exaggeration, I was done with both buildings (one side for title and the other to register, so 2 separate waiting lines) in under an hour, and I didn’t even check in online. You can do that for the license and registration side of things. Now granted, I did arrive just after they opened and when I got into the title office, no line at all. But next door for registration, probably about 10 people ahead of me. So good job BMV!
Terrible experience! Had to call main office in Columbus to get the correct answer in reference to Veterans benefits.
Checked in online, waited less than 5 minutes. Nice new office with plenty of chairs in the waiting area
Very poor service, even for licensed plat sticker have to wait for two hours. I won’t recommend at all.
