I've never spent more than 10 minutes waiting. They are fast and friendly. This place is like the promised lands of DMVs. Yall Killin it fr.

Some of the employee's were nice. But, need to explain details more Cleary without attitude. Only one person, can upset 15 people aloud in at a time.

The flow of the 4 windows was awesome and great care with the seniors citizens. I did all my questions and updated my documents in like 30 minutes and the place was pack but everyone was sitting down with a number and happy.

Went in at exactly 8am, I was the 4th person in line and I was out before 8: 30! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I don't think I've ever been to a BMV where the employees actually smiled and looked happy to see you. 10/10 highly recommend this location.

Private company pretending to be public works. Rip off to the Ohio taxpayer with poor service.

Overpriced, poor staff, and poor service, the door lady doesn't care if you're disabled or not, small power has gone to her head.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been into that bmv and every time it's been quick and painless. In and out in under 15 minutes. That's almost unheard of!

Clear reason why I hate Ohio! The first Little girl I dealt with was aggravated I guess because you could hear the attitude in her tone and see it in her actions. Waving me off and everything it's not my fault that I called for 2 day's 3 different BMV offices and all rang busy so I never spoke to anyone mind you I walked to take care of my business so I had to go into the office just to deal with no help. The second woman who helped me was immaculate got me in and out had no attitude even though she knew I was aggravated. She gets 5 star's alone.but the first Little girl who read the book in my face not a job book but a daily reading book right in my face she needs a New job because it I felt so diminished by her actions. Ohio is the worst state due to an ancient Mike Dewine running this state like he doesn't care about real people just the money to make things better but nothing gets better it only gets worse. Ohio needs to be removed from existence and it's places like this that make it even worse.

The whole process of walking in, renewing my license, and walking out took maybe 5 minutes. Lucy helped me and she was professional and courteous all with a great smile. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Dropped kiddos off at school at 8: 20 got to dmv about 8: 30, home by 9!

Robin runs the most efficient DMV I've ever been in. I drive from New Middletown to Gypsy Lane.
