Called to ask a question and the gentleman on the phone was very short, rude and condescending. He sounded busy but still no excuse to be so unprofessional. Need to train staff on professionalism and common courtesy.

Very professional and efficient. Never seen this level of service at any BMV around here or any other states I lived in. Friendly and courteous service staff. All my family including the teenage drivers in family say the same. Keep it up!

The men at the drivers exam station are incredibly unprofessional. While sitting in the waiting room, I heard them talk about multiple customers after they walked away.

Every time you go in here, expect to be sent home missing something. If that happens, just go to another bmv and they will give you what you need. This location is absolutely horrible. You can watch every person in front of you get sent away and hope you aren’t next but you will be. Staff is uneducated and rude.

In and out in minutes to renew tags. Granted it wasn't busy but couldn't have been faster and easier.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Every time I go everyone is SUPER helpful and really polite! I totally forgot some paperwork in my car and they waited for me and let me cut the line once I grabbed it! You always hear horror stories about the BMV/DMV but this location is ALWAYS awesome. I’m literally so happy - a process that would’ve taken me hours took me about 10 minutes and I couldn’t have done it without their patience and kindness! Love love love this location - I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

The BMV and other state services are very inefficient at communication with each other. You can expect to make several trips and receive inconsistent and incorrect instructions given by BMV employees. Some of them are helpful and friendly, but the older employees tend to put forth minimal effort and care. This BMV in particular, will charge you multiple times for the same things, provide bottom tier service, and close early. They change their hours without reason or notification, and their business practices would not work if they weren’t a state supported agency. One star.

The woman who helped me was kind and informative, I never wait longer than 5 minutes. Everyone works very fast and efficient here.

We did not receive our renewal notice. We were told that the DMV only does that as a courtesy. Then why are we paying for the Department of Employees whose job is a "courtesy" to the taxpayers. No responsibility. It's our fault that we didn't receive it! No notice, too bad.

Such an amazing location. Fast and efficient and super nice. Today, Daniel was great. I'll never go to a different location.
