It's a BMV, I mean it's just full of awesome people being awesome to each other, what else would you expect?

Honestly, the nicest, kind, helpful people working very hard to make everyone happy. Very very thankful to their effort! Another need to visit still finds this particular office to be both efficient and friendly.

Took 2 hours just to renew my license. The people behind the counter were incredibly slow.

Excellent service! I was able to get my license and vehicle done with ease, and the clerks were very informative about what I needed for the new compliant license.

So I go there at the worst possible time to renew my license. An hour and a half wait. But the people there did a great job. Especially Jennifer, who kind of acted as the quarterback, directing people here and there. She did a great job.

They were severely understaffed. You had to wait outside to enter, give your cell number and wait in your car. I was called back inside after an hour, where I waited another hour to be served!

Detest this place, rude people, ridiculous fees, unreasonable wait times. And they have the nerve to ask for a donation.

Well it appears that I must adjust my attitude towards government employees. We visited this location today (10/02/2022) for an auto title. The place was small but clean. The employees were polite, friendly and professional. I can actually say it was a very pleasant experience. If the need ever arises again, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to visit this office.

I was running late! And it Was really close to closing time! Plus, the line was outside the front door with 4 people waiting to get in! So I thought I would have to come back! But the greeter lady was great and happy to help me! So surprisingly, I left with my plates! Which only required me to wait a few! So in 25 minutes! Only 10 outside and 10 waiting inside with a quick 5minutes of very fast and courteous service! I left happy and very satisfied! Awesome people with great customer service! Highly recommend this place if you need these types f service! Great job for sure!

My plates were dead! And it was close to their closing time at the Medina office. So when there was a line of 5 people standing outside, because the place was full inside! I thought I was screwed! So I was surprised to only be waiting about 10 minutes outside and another 10 minutes inside, to get my plates and be gone! Clerks were very nice and very helpful! They were friendly and very quick. Recommend you go get your stuff at Medina if you want an easy trip! May have to wait a few minutes outside, but they won't leave you hanging! Great place!
