While the whole staff made the waiting in line a pleasant experience it was Kendall who made my day with her fast working, positive attitude, and helpfulness while the pandemic had made life with a car hard.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible experience here. Employees are very rude and have no clue what they are doing. Esborro was the worst!

I had an amazing experience at the Brooklyn BMV. All of the staff were super kind, friendly, efficient. Kendall really went above and beyond to help me. During the pandemic, registration things got pushed to the wayside and Kendall helped me sort everything out. She was so sweet and had me cracking up as I was waiting. I definitely recommend going to this BMV! The whole staff is excellent, especially Kendall! Thank you!

I got my tags today.there is a young lady (Heather) who works there. She is phenomenal at what she does! Due to the pandemic and social distancing she directs customers to the correct place in line. She speaks clearly and politely. I'm very happy that she waited on me. She's very informative and professional. Heather, keep up the good work! You're doing a great job! I appreciate you.

The weman in this place can be so nasty over the phone. Its one of those if you dont like your job dont do it! The give so much sas and sarcasm when you ask a simple question. Phone customer service really needs an upgrade at this place!

Although it was quite business at this location, I found the staff to be very friendly and professionals an I received excellent customer service from Ruth, she is an asset to your establishment. It was a pleasure doing business at this location. I will tell all of my friends and family about my experience there.

This place is so comfortable to wait even when extremely busy, But the staff is alway's helpful even though Hannah is a great person and her personality is very much for the customer service feild. I don't go anywhere else unless needed and they can't service it. Not to mention that pibk is my favorite color and itsi supports cancer patients that matters as well to whom may be fighting a battle

They suck poor customer service i was at the license bureau for 2 days and was given a front of the line pass that they then would not honor messed up my lunch break was late back to work i was not supposed to wait thats why i went on lunch break smh the worst customer services ever

As good as a BMV can get. I’ve been to them in 4 different states, this was the best experience I’ve had. Nice staff. Lady was going around with a cart starting paperwork with you before you were called up to the line. I went at 10 on a Thursday and was out with a new DL in 45 minutes

The staff was friendly EXCEPT Shamika. She was very rude, had a bad additude. She needs to work on her customer servic skills. How did she even get employed. She sucks.

Even though they are always busy, there are always plenty of friendly, helpful staff ready to help. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes (renewing vehicle registration) at 10 AM on a Saturday. The facility is also clean and comfortable.

Horrible customer service. Very long wait. Waited 30 min, missed my number because they called quietly, then they made me have a new number and wait another 30 min. Please don't go to this place!
