Burger King, Toledo OH

Closed at 8: 00 pm 6/27/21 because they didn't have enough people working. It is pretty evident people are tired of working for peanuts.

You never know what kind of service you’ll get when choosing this Burger King, but when this what you can afford can you really afford to complain?

This isn't the best location, they close early sometimes and food is so so but its in a convenient location.

Good food food but it seem everytime. I go to the BK on Airport.staff isnt very friendly. Im not saying all of them are.but I have went their numerous times and some of the staff working the orders.for drive thru.not friendly.

Only 2 people in front of me and it still took more than 10 minutes (after placing my order). I not one to normally complain and I usually don't mind waiting a minute or two, but this is ridiculous.

Service in the drive thru is horrible, you have to wait forever, even tho there was only one car.

1 hour before they close and they'd rather not answer the box. Maybe if they had to walk home they would start doing their jobs. Lazy POS

Single-handedly the worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant, ever. The food was old and stale, to top it off.

Two guys started fighting and the manager was laughing along with her coworkers shouting "fightfight fight" and the two males chased each other outside to fight terrible service

This was the Burgerking I went to when going to the Teldo zoo 2004 with some old friends this burgerking was let’s say not the best the fries were cold and very hard also the sprite was waterd down and taste just like strate up co2

The person was pretty on point. They were very patient. She forgot my cheese. I did not mind so much. She had good personality. So I let it go

They have a humongous billboard out front of their business that says big fish 2 for6 yet you go in and they have no clue what your talking about and forget about calling them they never answer

Food isn't up to the mark, even for a fast food restaurant. The nuggets are a hit or miss, you'll be lucky if you get fresh ones without asking.

We received better service than I expected at the last sit down restaurant I visited. The food is BK. It is what it is but the staff was fast and friendly enough to remember.

It's Burger King, what can I say. Just another fast food place. If you have been to one Burger King, you have been to them all. Cheap food that probably isn't very healthy.

The chicken parm suckered, burnt chicken and not at all tastey.ate 1/4 and put it in the trash.

Avoid this location- I never eat at fast food places but stopped to get a bottle water. They ended up charging my account MULTIPLE times for different amounts (totaling up to 50 bucks). I spoke with two managers there that said there's "nothing they can do about it". If you so decide to purchase a meal from these thieves, pay in CASH. I don't want anyone else to get their CC info stolen like I did.
