The food here is usually quite good, there aren't often a lot of customers in line though recently they must have been understaffed because i waited in line for about forty minutes with an extremely impatient person behind me who thinks blowing their horn makes anything better in a line that is slow.idiots! (the customers in the vehicle behind me) the workers at this location are always extremely polite which is very appreciated though the service is sometimes slow but not often.these people deserve to be paid a LOT more and they decidedly should be offered some incentives to stay at their job because it's apparent that the turnover is extreme here.

Today was an awesome experience. Selena and crew was great! With today's pandemic.service was great, everyone was pleasant and order was right. Thank you for great service it definitely did not go unnoticed.

It's burger King and they hardly ever have a line. Those miniature large cups are shady though.

I placed my order thru the wendys app. Lobby happened to be closed that morning. Drive thru line was really long to pick up my food. Food was fresh, they forgot napkins. Manager was friendly, and remembered me from previous visits. I love personal service. She's great.

I recently went thru drive thru and we ordered the whopper meals. The manager took care of us and no problems. The food was piping hot all the way home. My wife and I enjoyed the food it was delicious. We will return.

The person at the window was polite. My order was correct and the food tasted great. This Burger King is my favorite. It's clean outside the line moves quickly.

Offered a Free chicken sandwich for National chicken sandwich day, stood in drive-thru line to discover you can only get it by mobile app.

Horrible! The sandwich I ordered was not even in the bag! I'm taking it back tomorrow! And it was cold! With cheese! And I ordered no cheese!

If you're going to close your location early turn off the ability for customers to order through the mobile app. I paid ahead for my order only to get there and find the restaurant closed. Seriously? Please think of the community. Imagine someone in a different financial position than me getting to the restaurant finding it closed when they've spent their last $20 and now have no dinner? Irresponsible.

This was the only Burger King on Cedar Rd that I've ate at in recent years that I was completely satisfied with the entire meal and everything was fresh, I will be going back.

It was busy, drive through only. They were short of help and had it well posted asking for our patience. Considering the circumstances the wait for me was not bad. My sandwich came fresh off the grill.

The lobby is ALWAYS closed. They are always understaffed and take forever to make orders. How hard is it to hire more people? Either get more workers or close down!

Worst fast food experience in a long time. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru as they still have walk in closed. At least 4 people working and took 30+mins to get through 7 cars. Finally get to the window and they don’t have what we initially ordered. Safe your time and money and go elsewhere. Waste of an establishment
