The Strongsville Burger King is probably one of the best that I've been to in a long time it's always clean it's good food fast service and the price is great Great place to bring your family and kids!

The food was ok. Hated that I wasn't given my drinks and had to drive around again and wait in a line to get them

First of all I waited 10 minutes for my food I get it drive off realize I’m missing eggs and bacon to a ultimate platter I go back the worker insists that I’m only missing bacon and then they give me this who does this there’s a such thing as food safety and this was going to a 2 year old child just unsatisfactory I haven’t been to Burger King in years and I decided to give it another chance thanks for reminding me why I’d rather spend more money to sit down and eat

Fastest Burger King around. Staff super friendly. Food is always hot. A lot of these people giving reviews don’t understand the labor market right now. People don’t want to work. Sometimes stores don’t open when they’re supposed to, or have to close early because of staffing. Ignore the reviews. This Burger King is superior to any other one. Staff is always amazing.

All fish sandwich should be made to order or try not to make to many I can not get a fresh fish sandwich at no Burger King.

Worst Burger King my family and I have been out of 6 states period. To the owner, pull the plug and start over seriously!

Every time I go there's always something, and the most common thing these people say to me, sorry sir our milkshake machine isn't working

Got to this Burger King at 6am attempting to wait for my family to come into the airport since it's one of the few places open that early. No lights were on outside or inside the building in the dining to cue that they were open despite how dark it still is at 6am. At 6: 50am I checked the doors because I needed to go to the bathroom but they were all locked despite several workers being inside. There is NO sign on the doors stating that dine-in is closed to the public & NO signs stating that dine-in has different hours. Google says that this Burger King confirmed their hours 10 weeks ago as of me writing this 8/13/22. I also attempted to call this location to ask about this since only 3 cars have gone through the drive thru from 6am-6: 50am but no one answered my call. I'm so disappointed in this place that I'll be going around other websites with this review & reporting above them. Zero stars if I could & I haven't even got to try the food.

The people who work here are nice enough. It's Burger King so you can't expect a super quality meal or anything. I would note that the ice cream was clearly going sour so I would not suggest ordering anything with ice cream in it from this location.

Always have problems with Burger King so now I no longer go to Burger King I try other foods

I go in here at 15 minutes to 11: 00 and I ordered two fish sandwiches we don't serve lunch until 11: 00 I said okay no problem I left waiting my 15-20 minutes whatever it was come back again ordered two fish sandwiches with extra tartar and no cheese and a small fry when I got home I had two chicken sandwiches with lettuce mayonnaise and pickles and both wrappers was completely discombobulated one said chicken one said fish but they were both fish

Its 11pm, online shows store open until 12 and from previous experiences the store is always open until 12pm, employees inside just doing whatever they want relacing but the speaker said the store is closed.that makes zero sense.

The gentleman that gives you your food is a very nice, polite, person it's nice when you get somebody So kind.
