Burger King, Sandusky OH

My bun was very stale and made the whole sandwich just taste bad. Sandwhich had very little lettuce and it was also old.

My daughter and I got sick for meeting her. Do not recommend my ghost pepper. Burger was cold in the mod. Sticks were like chewing through rubber

I give 3 stars for after 4 pm
And 5 stars for anytime before 3pm.
Things just are different depending on the time you go. The food can differ also. If I go before 3 pm the food is always warm and fresh but for some reason the food isn’t the best after 4.
The wait time is also different depending on the time you go.

Burger King is Burger King, so it’s always gonna taste the same. Tonight I came by half drunk and a little stoned. Messed up my order 3-4 times. Kept giving them the wrong mobile app number on accident. They were kind an professional the entire time, even gave me extra sauce. Best part is that I made it home and realized they gave me the messed up orders for free. You guys rock

My food was good but they had orders mixed up. I think it's the 2 lines going into one. How are you supposed to know who's next. I'm glad I got my receipt. Then I ordered o rings and they gave me ff. When I said something the girl didn't say anything she just got the o rings and tossed them at me. Didn't ask if I wanted catsup or sauce for my o rings and didn't say thank you. She was very rude. I can understand how they can get frustrated.

Food was hot. Order was correct, but the manager was RUDE. We ordered a nine piece chicken frie and got 1 bbq sauce. She initially wasn't giving me ANY sauce. Then told me to get 2 it would be 25 cents. Bump your price 25 cents and give 2 sauces. Save us the hostility.

We were in town visiting and working on our house over the holiday weekend and this Burger King was close to the house…. Well, this is now the ONLY Burger King in this town. The first day we go through to get lunch, we are sitting there in the drive through and it’s just silence. After about a minute and no greeting, the girl says… you can go ahead and order! So we order and be pull around an there she is standing there in the window texting on her phone. Doesn’t look up, and then when she finally notices that we are sitting there, she has this blank stare and doesn’t apologize, like we’re the ones interrupting her. She just says the order total. So the next day, again we go there for lunch, at least this time there was a greeting, we ordered and pulled around. There was the same girl, on her phone giving us that blank stare and that bad attitude! I said…. You would think that with this being the only Burger King in this town, they would be better at this!

Ordered onion rings with order first not on app. So called store.they sent 2 onion rings on bottom of French fries.they told me they would send onion rings. Mgr. Must not be ontop.

Last Friday evening I pulled in to Burger King on Perkins Ave Sandusky, at the same time as another car. That car was on the inner lane & I on the outer lane. That car started to order 1st & a worker ask me to wait a moment. So as I'm waiting a moment the 1st car pulls around & another car pulls up & begins to order. I said "hello" a very rude individual said I asked you to wait a moment. I replied "that was awhile ago" she then proceeds to say "we are in the middle of shift change & if you are going to be smart you can just leave" I told her I'm not being smart I just stated what you said to me awhile ago" So she took my order. & I pulled around. I knew it was not the cashier at the 1st window
. She was very pleasant when I got to the 2nd wind to get my food. I soon found out who was being rude.she was very nasty. I asked for her name she said Malina in a smart tone. Then I asked her for some ketchup.she turned around & grabbed a hand full up ketchup & threw it in the bag.upon handing my food out the window she tried to throw the bag at me& I caught it.as I caught the bag I felt the force of her hand. Another plus size lady that was at the window also thought her actions were very funny as she was laughing.in the midst of all this.the very rude & disrespectful lady turned around & almost knocked the healthy lady over. She didnt give my drinks & I realized that as I pulled off. I did go back & get my beverages & she was no longer get at the window. I called up to Burger King to speak to a manager & she must be 1.she would not give me her name. I told her I'm calling corporate. She does not need to work in customer service. She tried to assault me with the food. & Ive been trying to call Burger King & they are not answering the phone. Im pretty sure there is a camera that picked this up. She is white with blonde hair and gapped teeth!

Ordered 2 chikings and ended up getting original chicken patties on chiking buns with pickles and sauce like we won't know the difference from fake chicken and real. Not to mention the original chicken sandwiches are 2 for $5 the chiking is $5.39 a piece bad business trying to rip people off, also asked for my money back and apparently the manager can't do basic math shorted me $1.38 and these people want $15+ a hour give me a break

Very lazy and arrogant employees, if I was this franchise owner, I would clean house and start right at the top. Food was cold and customer service was exactly like the food. Will never return

The motto is “have it your way”, mistake me if I’m wrong. The broad in the window this evening around 8: 20 pm March 8th 2022, told us we couldn’t make any modifications to our sandwiches. LIES they’re telling lies, I used to work for them about 20 years ago as a teen. She needs to be retrained.

Terrible service always, been in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me I would recommend any other fast food in Sandusky then the Burger King on Perkins ave.

Revisiting this review the service and hospitality there has changed dramatically, onion rings are great. Hard working reasonable staff there

We originally waited at the speaker for at least 7-10 mins, four other cars drove away, both lines were open, no greeting, or be with you in a moment, I said, hello…was answered, ordered, got home, our original chicken sandwiches came with two burnt buns, one with just a chicken patty, ordered mozzarella sticks, did not get. I called, asked to speak with manager, gentleman said, he was, I asked, whom I was speaking with, he would not tell me his name, very unprofessional, if he is a manager, and I identified him as the person at the window, he confirmed, he definitely needs refreshed on management training! I wouldn’t bring someone else through this Burger King let alone myself or family, just terrible!

This is the only BK in town. Last week, the bacon wasn't cooked in my Bacon Egg and Cheese Crois'sandwiches. Today, I was given the wrong items. From the looks of it, the staff is American, so I don't understand where all these mistakes are coming from.

Food was average, but the courtesy of the staff and service speed was great. Only improvement i would suggest is to keep a more scrutinous eye on the bathroom, they could use a good cleaning. Good job otherwise!

Edit: Drive Through speed is simply atrocious. 10: 30pm and we saw maybe 2 cars move in the span of 30 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable when my car battery dies in the middle of the line!
