Burger King, St Clairsville OH

The food quality here has continued to go down while prices go up. I used to love getting breakfast sandwiches here but now it's not worth it.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This is the most disgusting place ever. The the most horribly rude woman I have ever met. I have an never been more disrespected in all my life!

I had the sausage egg and cheese on crescent breakfast sandwich, not great but I'm used to McDonald's sausage egg and cheese Mcgriddle. Yummy!

Jim, the manager and his crew couldn't have been better. Went in for Wednesday whopper (from ap). They knew nothing of this but honored it once we showed it to them from our phones. Jim apologized and threw in free fries. Most places would not have been so thoughtful and kind

This has to be the worst Burger King anywhere. It absolutely never opens on time, orders are often wrong, and many times you do not even receive a thank you. Maybe they are just severely understaffed, no idea, but I only go here when other options are out.

Very bad service, we asked for burger meal with fries jalapeño bites and nuggets and we only got the burger and jalapeño bites.

Always have a good experience here. They never mess up my drive through orders. Employees are all very nice. I recommend.

The area I'm in doesn't have one, was great to have a flame broiled double cheese burger!

We ordered a bacon double and a whopper with fries. Food came out hot and correct since we had asked for some items to be left off the sandwiches. The person at the register was patient with us and friendly. The person who gave us our food was a manager and she also was very friendly. Restaurant and the restrooms were very clean. Only down side was no refills on drinks due to covid but that is understandable.

Didn't really like it. Our french fry's were old and tasted like cardboard. I said something to the manager and she offered to make fresh ones but we were ready to go. Was kinda turned off by the conversation we overheard coming out of the kitchen. Same manager a female was what seemed like training a new employee and all she did was complain! Bout how many hours a week she had to work and how bad the upper management of this location didn't care bout people and how under paid she was. We just got out of there, it was sad!

I tried the Impossible Whopper just to see what it's like and was pleasantly surprised! It also has fewer calories than the regular. Give it a try once just to see for yourself, I'll order it again!

Youd think ordering a #1 with cheese and everything would get you a #1 with cheese and everything. Not a #1 with ketchup and mayo only.

This is by far the worst burger king in the area. I'd avoid it at all cost. Also it is incredibly slow.

I was driving past, and I saw a window cling advertisement for an 8 piece ghost pepper chicken nuggets. I turned around and went back to the restaurant. I went inside, and they have them listed on their digital menu board. I place my order, only to be told they don't have them, they were only available for a limited time, and they won't be getting more. So while not a huge waste of time, it was preventable by just removing the item from the window and the menu board.

This Burger King is slightly out of the way from my normal route, but today I decided to stop. The food was the most fresh and well made fast food I've had in a long time. The staff were friendly and the service was quick.

I did not go inside I went through the drive through so I don't know what in side. And then the credit card machine didn't work but it's probably fixed now

Was not a good experience. The drive thru was painfully slow. After we finally got our order, the milk shakes were runny, the burgers were barely warm and the fries and cheesy tots were cold. Never go there again

Noses were hanging out of mask, a woman bagging food and the other at the window, I hope the ones dealing with the food had their masks on correctly!

Stopped on a trip to Ohio. Pick up and drive through open during shutdown. Very friendly staff. Clean as well inside and out.
