Burger King, Bellaire OH

This is actually a really good burger king. The manager runs a good crew. Most of the employees are sweet, n my orders never messed up.

Was just down there fell in their store hurt my hip and my elbow on my left arm and not one person came to help me they just looked at me when I told her the boss lady

I'm pretty sure they were short staffed so the service stars are not their fault.
The food fresh and hot!

The staff was friendly. I think it's bad that I ordered 2 meals, and asked for sauce for our 2 orders of fries. Was told we could only have 1 sauce. If we wanted more than 1 we would have to pay. 15 for it. I had to break a $10 bill for. 15.95% of the bks we've been to will give you at least 2 sauces per meal. I guess this place is the 5% that is a tight wad.

Went through the drive thru order is completely wrong missing stuff will definitely not be going back there again. When getting my food from the window they started to hand it to me then pulled it away then started to hand it to me then pulled it away again then finally gave it to me smiling at me.

Pretty fast and friendly. Don't think I've ever had much of an issue here. Foods just sometimes "okay".

Got 2 Whopper Jr's. They were very junior. Smaller than a kiddie burger. Onions were old and transparent. I'll post pics of the baby burger. Spent $10 on $2 worth of food. Staff was friendly, but that was all that was good about my experience.

Update: I went there today, got 2 of the coldest burgers I've ever recieved, that wasn't from the Bellaire's McDonald's. The onions were see through and looked almost rotted. They replaced the sandwiches, but the lettuce was a nice shade of rotting brown, and had to throw them away.
Spent $20+ there for food for me and my youngest son, we will never go back. And by the way, their medium fries are the same size as their large. That was a shock, but not a surprise. I guess BK is going down McDonald's rabbit hole and serving food that needs to end up in a dumpster.

I had a wonderful experience here this evening. The food was fresh and hot the staff was very friendly and service was very very good.

The food and service were horrible. I got the wrong food and the manager put it back on the shelve to send it out with the drive thru order.

They need to have their employees look cleaner. The personal hygiene of the person that took my payment was not good.

No one knew how to ring up my order, which was right off of a poster in their window. After several different attempts, they did get it figured out. After the order was placed, the food came up fast and fresh. I absolutely love the spicy chic'king!

Stopped to pick up some items for wife and son.
Food was hot and freshly made.
The 2 girls that served us was courteous and helpful.
Will most likely stop again.

Wife and I stopped here to grab a small bite while out geo caching in Bellaire and Shadyside. Their chicken fries are really good along with their bk big fish sandwich and coke icee. Only thing I don't like about most burger kings is their drive through area you can hardly fit with a 2500 or bigger sized pickup truck. Anyways their staff were very friendly and food was hot.

Definitely better then our Mc Donalds by far in terms of quality & consistency. Its not to say they haven't made a mistake, but they are willing to make it right when notified. Friendly staff and good management.
