Burger King, Wooster OH

As far as fast food is concerned, we've only had positive experiences with this BK location.

Just a heads up. If you order online for pick-up, and you say that you're there, tell them that you're there. Otherwise you'll be waiting a long time. They don't just set it on the counter with a receipt showing the order like it should be.

Went through the drive about 5: 00. Ordered 2 whopper meals with large fries and 2 milkshakes also ordered a chicken sandwich. I dont know what they gave us but the meals were terrible. They did not give us a receipt so we can't file a formal complaint. The whoppers were awful. The meat did not taste like meat at all. It had no flavor, was cold, and had a bad odor. Could not eat it and ended up throwing it out. I hope it wasn't that fake meat. I made us sick. Also the fries were both cold. No one ate the chicken sandwich yet so can't comment on it. The large shakes (one chocolate and one vanilla) were ok. Cant get rid of that taste if bad meat. The order was around $30. Thought they put the receipt in the bag since they didn't hand me one. Guess we won't be going there again.

We go in there ask for hot food you get cold food you ask for light sauce and you get over a bunch of amount of ketchup and mayonnaise just spilling all over the sides of burger.

The staff is in shambles they look like they going to work not caring about life or their appearance

I actually stopped ordering from this place just because they look dirty I'm just keeping it real

Also also it's kind of ugly to hear you guys complaining about whether it's work or life it's just like a real Debbie Downer in that place. Oh and stop being mean to the old person there they can only move so fast and think so quickly

The food was good, it was fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The order was correct, nothing missing or prepared different from how I ordered it!

I arrived at 1: 03 pm in the drive thru and didn't get to order the food until 1: 19 pm. I wanted to leave but was boxed in the line. Sadly, the nuggets was room temperature and tasted yuck. The fries was a lil warmer but had a bad taste as well. Haven't had a bad lunch in awhile but thanks to Burger King, here I am.

This is definitely the best Burger King in Wooster! I live 5 miles north of Wooster and rather drive down here instead. Way better customer service for sure

Every time I go to this Burger King, they’re so rude. I don’t frequent Burger King so I usually need a moment to look over the menu. They immediately ask what you would like to order and when I politely ask for one moment to look over the menu they give you about 5 seconds before they ask if they can help you find anything in an annoyed tone. There is never a long line, or anyone in line for that matter. All they care about is getting your order to get you out of there quickly so they can sit around doing nothing again. They actually put effort into being careless, as even our napkins were balled up like someone blew their nose in them, crushed them into a ball and then put them in the bag. Can’t believe this place is even still in business

Being as II had to wait for my sandwiches I would have thought my onion rings would have been fresh as well. Nope there were at least 10 onion rings that were so hard myself nor my chickens could eat them.

The manger Donnie is very disrespectful she called me out of my name with the word (nigge*) she also give me mean looks not happy with how she treats people when I go in

I ordered the bacon king meal. It did have 3 or 4 slices of bacon but barely 1 slice of cheese. The onion rings were oily and mushy, I couldn't eat them. I wanted an iced tea but they were out. Maybe it was because they were slow but I do not recommend this location.

HAD TO REPEAT MY ORDER MORE TIMES THEN I SHOULD HAVE TOO. AFTER THE 4TH TIME I WAS GETTING A BIT UPSET. I SPEAK CLEAR PLAIN ENGLISH! I DID NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THUR. I CAME INSIDE. ‍️

I used the frequent this Burger King since it is close to where I live, I will not be returning there anymore, my order is hardly ever correct, the fries have been cold and mostly small end fries, I don't know what has happened but it's not good.

Food was like warm and and fries cold. This wasn't the first time either. Last time it was the burger that was so cool I nearly returned it and I never do that.

My experience at this Burger King was the best experience I've had at a restaurant period. The young man behind the counter was friendly and reminded me of myself in my younger days (well groomed and easy to look at). We struck up a conversation about Marxist theory while I waited for my food and I'm sure we converted some of the workers into our ideas and ideals. Three mangers were present each of them more friendly than the last. They reminded me of the three wise men who visited Jesus when he was born, except that the were women and did not carry gold, frankincense, and myrr but instead fries, jalapeño bites and nuggets. They gave me a $500 gift card and said I was welcome back any time. Whopper was cold.

I love coming to this Burger King! The staff is very friendly and it has been a welcoming improvement! Keep up the good work guys!

You close to early especially for all the factorys in wooster changing shifts lots of hungry workers looking for food you are losing a lot of businuss by closing that early you have definitly lost a lot of businuss from me and my friends. Good thing there are other competitors for me to spend my money at since they are smart and stay open a little later wendys arbys tacobell they are getting my money.

Went through the drive thru and my order was wrong. Went inside 3 times hoping each time the order had been corrected. The last time i called and I requested my money back, a girl answered and said she remembered me and asked that I come back in to resolve the matter. I get there and this girl (B) is apparently nowhere to be found and The manager steps in with a nasty attitude and snatched the bag from me and tossed in trash next to her. She then went to register and tossed me $1 and some change as I held my hand out. I asked “excuse what is this” and she says that’s the money for the nuggets. (Mind you I spent $20+ And everything I ordered was wrong) she then grabbed the bag out of the trash to see what all was in it and said she couldn’t refund me. I stood in shock and complete anger. Instead of making a rational decision, I asked for the number to corporate and she walked away for about 5 minutes talking to someone else and slid a paper across the counter As she smiled saying “have a great day”. The number was wrong but I found the number myself. I’ve been calling corporate for months now and no matters have been resolved. Two different occasions and I will NEVER give them any business again. I didn’t even want to leave a Single Star for this place but I had to in order to post
