The girl that took my order was outstanding she had a great personality with a big smile very friendly I wish I got her name

The dining room is still locked only drive-thru, it took over 30 minutes to get my food I will never go to this location again very disappointing

Every time I order from here, it can be slow or extremely busy they ALWAYS forget the sauce. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but the fact that I'm paying extra for it and have it forgotten EVERY TIME is a bit off putting & frustrating. I have eating issues so this minor inconvenience can de-rail my meal. You'd think with minimum wage being raised that this simple task could be completed but alas. Seems to be an issue at more than just this BK too as I've had this same problem at other Akron BKs, yet they're the only fast food place that makes you pay extra for sauce. I usually don't review unless something really blows my mind or repeatedly irritates me, so I hope that tells you how many times this has happened (every visit). I'd be willing to change my review if they start remembering to put what I pay for in my bag.

Visited 12/9/22 5: 15 pm. Inside closed. Drive thru backed up & EXTREMELY SLOW (as is typical for this location). Probably 10 cars pulled in & left while I was in line, not willing to wait (took their business elsewhere- Mc D's across street?). Waited 12min to place order & another 12min to get food (timed it) =24 min total. How is it that with ONLY the drive thru open is it so SLOW? Horrible way to run business causing poor customer service & LOST business.

Horrible service I recommend nobody eat there workers have attitudes manager doesn't care etc pitiful

These guys were awesome. We wanted lg milkshakes but they only sell med. By the time we got around to the window, they had figured out how to ring up the extra and had our shakes ready. After the day I went through, it was the treat I needed.

States dine in but was not possible please change this as drive trough isn't great all the time.

Food was great. The cheese was actually melted on the burger unlike all the other burger kings around. Full disclosure I don't do any drive thru, too much can go wrong.

Rather long wait for grilled burger plus other items at reasonable prices. Best of the inexpensive burgers because grilling decreases fat content. They feature a meatless burger.

Drive through did not put all of our order in bag food was cold had to go back to location to get rest of our order Horrible

I use to manage a burger king before. This is ran poorly. Guy at the drive thru didn’t speak loud enough and no one could hear him. He took the order wrong and forgot to give our drinks. Went inside and they tried to say we were wrong. Drinks are suppose to be handed out before food always. Because he rang the order up wrong they tried to say it couldn’t be fixed. Thankfully the manager heard correctly but apparently no one wanted to listen. If you don’t want to do the job right then don’t even bother working.

Great service. This is really great they have another great employee at Burger King on Vernon-Odem in Akron his name is Richard, this guy is the second manager who deserves to be a manager that is superb at his job & happy to be doing it. Koodos great job Richard & thanks again 5 stars.

I was out this way to get a new vehicle and decided to stop and get a quick Icee but they had us waiting at the drive thru for a long time so I said hello can I order and the girl came on an said GIVE ME A MINUTE. HOW RUDE SO NEEDLESS TO SAY I PULLED OFF YOUR NOT GETTING NONE OF MY MONEY WITH THAT ATTITUDE

My boyfriend and I pulled through the drive thru for a doordash order. We heard nothing through the speakers. So, we pulled up to a window and some guy smiled at us through the window. He rudely laughed and waved and then walked away. Then finally a woman came to the window and said they're closed due to not having buns. They were supposed to close at 1: 00am. Pathetic store. I suggest no one come here late at night.

My fiancee and I waited for 15+ minutes in the drive thru for me to get a completely wrong sandwich, stale mozzarella sticks, and stale jalapeño bites. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning to this location, and I suggest no one that reads this comes here.

I asked for 2 medium Sprites. Got home & they tasted like soda water. I went back to return them & they tried to give me 2 more. I asked for a refund with my receipt & the employee tried to tell me that I got a meal & give me less than I paid when it was clearly on the receipt.no apologies. The thank you came from me, the customer, rather the manager with an attitude.
