Burger King, Rocky River OH

Food and service were great, but I prefer to dine in and this location is drive through only.

When they're staffed, the food is fine, but they're still rude! It's even worse when they don't have people, I always have missing items or old, not fresh food. I went to eat in at this burger king recently and tried to tip an employee, I asked her if they were allowed to take tips and she said yes. I go to have a seat and i then hear a ruckus break out in the kitchen, the staff were fighting over a tip! Then the manager could be heard yelling over them to break it apart, and said that "the survey is their way to get promoted", not by taking tips. I'm honestly disgusted that they let these people work in a business built on customer service, the fact I was lied to to my face even when I was nice enough to give a tip. Tonight I tried to drive thru for a slushy at 8: 35 PM, the sign was off and they were closed! It says "open until 11 PM". Not eating here again!

They need to just close this store down. The staff is very rude! I waited in line 5 min, no one answer the intercom, I had to pull to the window and order. Manager said she only has 1 employee working, Why was he outside smoking when you have a line of customers around the building? ! Than manager was on her phone, not getting my order ready.than messed up my order! How do you forget to put French fry's in the bag! Don't give them your money! Last time food was hard as a rock. I used to work at BK for years, its really not that hard!

Went through drive through ordered a double whopper combo meal large. They said they didn't have it but could make it. Also ordered a large shake. I paid $9.64 and drive away and was given a double cheeseburger meal. Please employ someone that can take a damn order. My last time going here. STAY AWAY.

No stars. They should just close this one down. I ve tried going to this one a couple of times now since its the only one close and the staff is rude. They are always out of something. I decided to give them one more chance and they said they closed in 30 mins so they had no whopper meat. Really? The home of the whopper has no whoppers? Never again

Horrible experience, lady over intercom was rude and I had to wait close to five minutes to take give my order and once I got to almost 10mins in line to get my food, I just got fed up and left. Never have I spent 15mins in a drive thru line and had poor service

Worst place ever was in drive-thru line 20 minutes they gave me the wrong sandwich and my cookies was hard as bricks couldn't even eat them went back for correct sandwich waited 10 mins for a sandwich that was already made sitting on the counter

Chicken fries was hard not fresh the woman in the window had an attitude I’m glad I spent a free gift card and not my money

Hours say open til 11.pulled up at 935pm and someone yells we closed, saw people inside and not one person bothered to even speak to us.absolutely despicable.

So I went after work late for me like 10pm to Wendy’s and left after my experience of seeing a worker eating fries right out of the area where they place fries for bagging for clients yeeeah yuck …
Left was still tired hungry saw this BK open thought eff it I’ll do it.put in my order guy on the mike was really pleasant, got to the window he opened up the window sighs and says hey I’m sorry sir the nuggets we had were not a good batch.if you don’t mind pulling over I’ll have new ones for you amd will bring out your food in a few.
I’m like uh yea yes thank you no problem.
As he came out I was watching from the side parked area he looked almost alone on his own at the location, I’m sure there were others but it looked sparse with employees.he came out with my purchase and I made sure to explain and thank him for that integrity of the small maybe to him but extremely significant action to myself as I told him of my experience of just 15 minutes ago at the neighboring Wendy’s.he sheepishly took the compliment and said yeah it’s the right way to do business I’m paraphrasing his words but good on you sir. Thank you so much man I wish I’d gotten your name to add to this review.
It was late like 10ish pm weekday, gentlemen had dark hair medium build caucasian.hopefully he was a manager if not take an interest Bk there’s good ones in the mix.

Gabby was extremely rude my order was wrong. Gabby told me it was impossible that there were pickles on my sandwich because there were "none in house". I ordered no pickles. Mistakes happen just fix them don't argue with a paying customer. Customer service was terrible. She refused to replace my meal.

Both mozerella sticks and nuggets hard as a rock. Fries hard as a rock. Both chicken jrs is rock hardand piece of hair sticking out! How is all this food so hard ‍️

I have to vow to never go to a Burger King again. No matter where they're at or the location they either forget half of my food or it tastes really really bad. 2021 has left a very Sour taste in everyone's mouth. And it certainly isn't fast food

I ordered online an hour before scheduled closing time. I arrived 40 minutes prior to scheduled closing time, and the restaurant was closed. Terrible customer service and customer communication.

Horrible service.cant do plain double cheesburgers? Something about being to complicated for 3 staff memebers? Will not return

I ordered some food and shakes. The shakes where half full. I said these are not full. The girl said well I will just give you ice cream to fill them. Also the food was cold and not edible. Not going to this location ever again.
