Burger King, Lakewood OH

The staff is so rude. The girl at the drive through routinely just says ‘hang on’ very unprofessionally and cuts you off mid-order very unprofessionally and routinely gets an attitude. Burger King is my favorite fast food but I’ll opt for another place to have a more pleasant experience.

They literally put the mustard on top of my burger. Like on the top of the bun.

This place needs new management before it completely goes out of business

Took over 30min to get through the drive thru when there was only about 2 cars ahead. They are so slow

Nothing specific I just consistently have horrible experiences with this one. We get it you hate your job and life, it’s sincerely not our fault.

Went through the drive thru yesterday.no cars in line so of course I was excited-Now I understand why! At least act like you care! I asked if they had triple cheeseburgers as I did not see it on the menu - she did not respond but I saw on the screen 1 single cheeseburger and 1 junior patty Of course as I am sitting there reading that - simple math along with common sense brought me to the conclusion that this was incorrect I am reading that as a double cheeseburger I then asked for a small Dr Pepper thinking maybe she'll change it No change - I asked "Not that I am complaining but are you sure you charged me right? " she huffed and said hold on She said "Ya, a triple cheeseburger and a small Dr pepper. " I thought cool what a bargain.pulled up to the second window as requested The woman slammed window open and I gave her my credit card She slammed the window closed Slammed window open again and gave me my credit card back with no receipt She then swung a small bag at me and said "there ya go" and slammed the window shut then walked away I sat there waiting Still waiting Watching 3 to 4 gals chatting (I assume) in the doorway of an office I finally locked eyes with one of the girls and I waved my arm in hopes of getting assistance since I was still waiting for my drink She looked away and continued to talk with the others A few minutes later she looked again and I waved again She then motioned to the lady and pointed to me showing her I was requesting assistance She slams the window open and I said "I think you forgot my drink-I haven't gotten it yet" She looks behind her at the soda fountain machine which had my cup of soda poured and sitting awaiting a lid. As she hands me the drink she says "ya shoulda beeped your horn" WAIT WHAT? !? ! How about, Oh I'm sorry GEEZ! It's not my fault I was sitting and trying to patiently wait How was I supposed to know you forgot? !? Back to what really set me off - I opened the wrapper and guess what? I received a double cheeseburger! Never again will I ever return Sorry I bothered you and asked you to do your job How dare I assume that my order would be correct too-how silly of me!

Service was very poo4 and also I get out of work at 1030 by the time I get there they ate closed and it says closeas at 1am! Nope eveytime now it's closed at 11

Maybe it would help if the value menu didn't come on and off in like 30 second increments, but I was ordering from the value menu, so I had to wait until it came back on to see it. So it took about 20-30 seconds to order, and the super rude female on the other end said "Finally you place a order! " This is the worst BK franchise I've ever been to, and I recently only go there to save time because the other fast food places in this area have actual lines, because they do actual business.

I've become a very frequent customer and they're so amazing that sometimes they'll let me in even when the doors are locked due to staff shortage! Great staff!

Ordered a number 8 large meal with onion rings and coke. Ordered a double whopper large meal with only cheese and mustard on the sandwich. Repeated it 4 times clear as day and they still messed it up. Cold food also. Pre-made garbage. Use to be good but now completely trash and all because people don't know how to listen and read. Not the first time went to different BK's to see if maybe there's one good one but nope complete trash all of them. Don't waste your time

I am always surprised at the speed and quality of this location. And the employees are always very friendly.

Look at this horrible place where the bread used to make sandwiches sits next to a bin full of garbage can? ? Even part of the bread has been exposed. Dammmmm.

This is the worst Burger King location ever. I ordered there twice and in those times I got:
Wrong drink
Soggy fries
Rock hard old fries
Jalapeños instead of pickles
No dipping sauce I asked for with nuggets

I wanna give a big shout out to the night manager. His name is Mark, one of the most coolest, respectful managers I’ve ever spoken to at a Burger King. He has a good head on his shoulders and you guys should definitely promote him or give him a big raise, I have had great customer service from him and it was probably one of the best experiences ordering food at that location Mark if you see this Hope you succeed in life and all your dreams may come true hard work and dedication and a good strong mentality. I appreciate y’all.

Today my family and I decided to have dinner from this restaurant and the burgers and fries were cold, they asked us if we wanted cheese on our burgers and we said yes and I think they forgot to put it on 1 burger, the only thing that was worth it was the coke And because he comes from a company, so I don't come back to this place.

Just went through the drive-thru I had to repeat my order about five times just for her to get the first half of the order which only was a Whopper with cheese and a small fry and then the $5 bag.not only did she not ring me up for the small-fry she then tried to charge me after everything was done and I mentioned that she forgot the small fry in the bag and.forgot my sauce get some better management up in there so you can have better employees with at the customers and have a better first time getting take out fast food within a year and of course I should not have chosen Burger King

Worst food ever, whopper was cold, bun was not toasted and tasted like it came out of the fridge or freezer, meat patty cold, cheese not even melted, just horrible

This is a terrible BurgerKing. The dinning room was closed at 8pm. Me and Mom do separate orders but we went through the drive the and they told us we have to go through the drive through twice, so we did that. Both orders were messed up and we were told they don't have the correct register to do separate orders.
