Love, love, love the Beef Whoppers! You'll not find a better burger! They did forget to put a burger in the bag and we had to call, but hey, we're all human!

The service sucked waited 15 minutes from my food And then The Onion rings tasted like they were burned oil

Food is good but the staff needs to inform customers of their deals. Instead charging you how you order they should automatically put your food in deals if the deal is there. But you have to ask to get the deal.

Cold fries old onion rings and burnt whopper patties that's what we got for 24 bucks! Worst experience ever the new burger king on Coshocton ave is so much better should just shut down the south side bk!

This is the worst location I've ever been to. The what you call adult management act just as bad if not worse than the teenagers that work there. Volgure inappropriate conversation in front of customers as if customers weren't there. Just like they are hanging out instead of working a job. Can't even get food orders correct but charge you for the "cheese" they don't put on the sandwich. I will not be going there again.

So much slower than their coshocton road location if your in this area of mount vernon don't waste your time at this location!

Download their app, they have great deals that you won't find on there menu. Love there whoppers with cheese, messy but yum.

Ordered a five doller bag burger was over cooked lettuce wilted and couldn't see the bacon nuggets cold also I don't normally complain I could not eat it I tasted old

I dash through here while traveling up north. The food is always fresh and staff is always pleasant. It's typically the only BK I will visit anymore.

If your stores served hot & fresh off grill, instead of fixed & soaked in fluids all day!? Would be an improvement king consumer since 1973 improve or just say goodbye!

Quick service. We visited for breakfast and we ordered some of the new Ghost pepper Nuggets which have to be made to order before lunch. They were quick and everything was fresh and good. Happy customers!

They are listening to music, and playing around. Waited in the drive through 10 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers.

Not to much difference between large, and medium onion rings! Maybe 1, or 2 onion rings. What a joke! Shame on you burger king!

The Fish sandwich was very bad it tasted old the fries where cold I spended 20.00 dollars for bad food never again will I go to that Burger King again.

Will not be visiting the Mt. Vernon location again. Keep getting rushed to order food (I'm relatively quick already). The staff openly admit they don't care if they get written up. Unprofessional, No Customer Courtesy, Bad Attitudes to say the least.
