6 Asked for fresh fries.visually watched the "manager" proceed to dump old cold fries in with the new hot fries. I call him out on it and he totally denies it.even though I saw it with my own eyes.
I paid for a meal but did not, in the end, get any fries. I think the manager needs more training. On a better note.my burger was delicious.
**gave them another chance and this time I ordered through the mobile app. Picked it up through drive thru. The service, this time, was ok at best. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwichs. Simple right? Of course not. Both chicken sandwiches were burnt and somewhat hard. They mess up every single time I order from this location. And it was the same manager AGAIN!
Maybe the employee's would benefit ALOT more training. I have no faith in the manager though is a hard pass. NOTHING RECOMMENDED!
Stop at Western Ave location often, late on way home, wish they could get that delicious ice cream machine going again!
I ordered 5 happy meals. My sandwich had a long hair in it. I was able to get a different sandwich but couldn't eat it. The restaurant itself was very dirty.
I will not bring my family here again.
I ordered through the drive thru and had my 2 year old daughter with me. Ordering was a breeze and everyone I/ my daughter interacted with was seriously so sweet. By far the best fast food experience I’ve had in awhile if not ever. You guys are doing great, keep it up!
Tried to order the coke freeze slushes. The lady waiting on us was really nice-
The machine out front was out of it and the machine behind the counter was frozen up.

They even have a cute play place for the kiddos.

Late night. I understand.but food is always COLD. If you're going to stay open, food still needs to be hot.
