17Best burger king I've had in a long time.great food every time i go through the drive-thru.food is consistently hot and staff is friendly no matter the time of day.just went tonight, though they were understaffed (only three people working the whole place), they did great! Please give these workers a raise. <3
I thought it was great! I admire the manager there, as he was propping up his teammates very well.
Playplace has been closed for 10 months. Guys they don't know what repairs need to be done. Won't be back till it's open so probably never. Worst onion rings ever.

First Burger King we've ever been to that does not do refills on tea. Weird.
I walked in the door and waited at least 30 minutes to even order-mind you.there was only myself and one other person waiting for food. The other person was just waiting for doordash! The person at the register must have been on their 2nd day on the job. Purposely running to the back when orders were ready to be expedited. The drive-thru person didn't seem to be too concerned about anything. The only manager (I'm assuming) was struggling and had visible frustration with the lack of mental capacity with the staff tonight. I went back up and waited another 20 minutes to order a milkshake-WHY does it take that long? The register person wasn't even doing anything remotely close to the priority task at that moment. Jfc.
The slowest drive through I have ever experienced without an explanation or an apology.a year after my last review I am leaving this here.no one cares to do a single thing properly, consistently.having it your way has not been an option.just tried them again I give them grace but when you don't get a receipt, when you don get what you order.and when you finally thing your order is complete not a single sandwich was right.like not even the right type.it's not like you left lettuce on, you literally didn't give the correct, more expensive sandwich.
Enjoy the friendly, quality oriented staff. Very clean dining area. Food hot, delicious. Staff even checked back for a quality check when running an order out to drive thru area.
The order taker immediately and intentionally misgendered my companion. And called her by the male version of her name twice.
She might have some male characteristics and mannerisms, but obviously a woman.
There were problems using the app.
There was also a blatant communication problem between the counter and the kitchen.
Being part of the community and advertising it with a rainbow pride hat, they should have known better.
They forgot my french fries in the drive-through, and when I went in they gave me free french fries and we’re very nice

We went through the drive-thru and we were the only customers and the food was cold.l started to eat my fries and they were disgusting. The sandwich was very cold. Dont intend to go there anymore!
May 14th, when we arrived and wanted to get a order there was one man behind the counter who responded that they'd be with us on a minute, only to proceed to walk around the back and grab food with their hands only to eat it in front of us. Only peeking at us momentarily as if wanting me to leave. It wasn't a pleasant experience, if anything a uncomfortable one, we soon left after to someplace that'd actually see us momentarily.
When we went in there was one single employee, who said "someone else will be right with you" and walked away. We stood at the counter for ten minutes, watching this man wander back and forth around the kitchen and eat onion rings from the warmer. Every so often he would peek back out to see whether we'd left yet, which we eventually did.
If I could give zero stars I would, it seems fair since we got zero service and zero food.
I spent too many years with fast food to ever complain, but today I'm going to. Went to the drive thru and there was 1 car placing their order, then it pulled away. I was told I'll be right with you. After almost 10 minutes (not exaggerating) and 3 more cars pulling in, I pulled up, parked, and went in. I was the only person at the counter and the lady told me she'd be right with me, she's going to take care of the drive thru first. Not worth the energy to complain to them, I just left. It is what it is and that's it. Training is key, and this store needs some.
Went to the drive thru at 6: 15 this morning. Was greeted and told we are closed? Then why are the lights on and workers inside?
Employees very rude at the drive-through window. They do not offer military or senior citizen discount any longer I and my daughters chicken nuggets were cold.
2 medium fountain drinks set us back over $5. Drink machine was running low on flavors and service was slow. Restaurant being clean, quiet and well-maintained is why review gets more than 1 star.
