The fries where old the chicken and burger overcooked or old one just Plain nasty

Yet again they messed up. The pic showed lettuce & tomato on my burger, not mustard onions & pickles! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to just to leave a review. Everything is burnt to a crisp! We can't even bite thru our Spicy Chicken sandwiches & the onion rings r hard as rocks! Not to mention all the grease on the sandwiches.

Just stopped to use the restroom and decided to get a double cheeseburger and it definitely was the best one I've ever received from there!
