The Store in Greenville is extremely dirty as many other fast food places in Greenville. The board of health in Greenville, Ohio needs to be fired. This is where are freaking tax money is going FOR WHAT?
I have got sick more than once at almost every fast food in Greenville McDonald’s, Arby's, Wendy's, Burger King. Why? Aren't these places being shut down and made to clean up their act. Most have people smoking handling your food and several places have employees doing drugs. This is a serious public health risk. And if Greenville doesn't take action I will be contacting state and federal authorities why this is being allowed to happen. Maybe the Greenville Board of Health should start reading the comments on every fast food restaurant in Greenville might be a good start. Considering I'm sure everyone who lives around here has there own special story to tell. WE NEED TO START CLEANING HOUSE IN GREENVILLE OF ALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THAT IS NOT INSPECTING THESE PLACES FOR COMPLIANCE
I don't eat Burger King and do not suggest the mozzarella sticks but absolutely loved the new freeze they have! The service was wonderful as well even throught drive thru.
Our experience at the drive thru was great today and the food was very good! This is how I remember burger king being growing up. Keep up the great work, we’re glad we gave you guys another chance at this location we will definitely keep coming back if this keeps up!
Building is outdated. Everything looks original and never replaced The employees are wonderful people!
This place slaps every.single.time. The service is great with fresh and speedy food. This place has immensely got better as this has become one of my go to spots to eat! 10/10 would recommend
Food was very old almost cold. Only 3 people in the place and took around 20 mins to get food in dinning room. On the plus fries were hot but they were pulled to early they were hard in the middle. Wont stop me from going here. The staff is great.
Always have to wait, only 45 sec, but for DOUBLE WHOPPER/cheese, NO PICKLE, HEAVY ONIONS. It's WORTH IT
Service was decent. Food was edible. Definitely not a great location. Building is pretty rough shape and didn't look very clean at all. Staff was decent. They are always out of something! Last night it was lettuce. The play area smells really bad.
The Greenville burger King has really improved over the last few months. Every visit that I've had, the service was friendly and the food was good.
I often go here in the mornings after working 3rd shift. I appreciate how they are willing to serve lunch even when on their breakfast menu. The food has been great in my experience and the staff is always friendly! I have nothing but good to say about this location.
Dude idk what happened in the last six months but staff food and cleanliness have increased significantly I used to avoid this location like the plague but I will definitely be returning sorry about the puke
New manager in the last year and it's now a whole new place, very clean and we'll kept.

My order is never right, and my food is always cold after waiting for it a good 15mins or so. Under staffed maybe?
I ordered a Whopper with cheese, mayo and ketchup, onion ring meal. A couple double cheeseburgers as well. I was the only person in line, after I paid it took 10 minutes to get my order. I pulled out of the drive-thru and checked my food, my Whopper was made wrong, I went back to the drive-thru there's only one car in front of me, I sat there for 8 minutes until I got to the speaker I told them that my sandwich was wrong and what I needed I pulled up to the window waited another 3 minutes got my new Whopper, pulled away decided to check it before I left the parking lot it too was made wrong. So I went inside and explain to the same lady that this is the third time now I need a Whopper with cheese mayonnaise and ketchup only waited 5 minutes she handed me another one and surprise surprise it didn't have cheese on it so I gave her all the food because my onion rings and my other burgers are now extremely cold, so this way I just wanted my money back it was only $14 and some change she gave me my money and some change and I walked out I got my car went to put my money away and realized that there was only $13 not 14. So not only that I spend over a half an hour I have Burger King trying to get one sandwich correctly made, they shorted me a buck. I was so upset, it would be one thing if they were slammed but the whole 40 minutes that I was at Burger King it was only me and two other customers will not be back anytime soon
The Playplace gave us the opportunity to share time with each other and the grandbabies had a ball.
I went for a sandwich and drink. But what I got was an incorrect sandwich and EXTREMELY (no exaggeration needed) rude employee encounter and my food made wrong. I will be staying away from this location for a while. Not worth dealing with people who are so blatantly rude to customers and food that's not correct. It was so bad, I even told the guy I hope he had a better day, to which he goes "yep". Idk what his issue was but, wow! Be nice or don't work customer service.
