Burger King, Springboro OH

Picture this, you have 10 minutes before the start of your work shift. You need food quick for breakfast and your craving a good burger. Open the burger king app and get the order setup and paid for all to find out that when you get there you didn't notice that the burger king location was set to somewhere in Kentucky! This was going to be a really bad day but the management and front desk people at this location are amazing! They knew I didn't have alot of time so they started making the burger the second I showed them the problem and then the other lady showed me how to fix it through the app! Also the burger looks amazing! 10 /10 best burger king ever!

Had food delivered and wasn't that far from my apartment and food was cold. Given that it was early lunch my food shouldn't have been cold very disappointed. I also have ordered like family sized meals with several burgers and wraps, don't see that option right now, must be a late night option for leftovers that don't sell

It's funny how they expect higher wages for these jobs. Can't even get an order right. Asked for no veggies. Literally marked it on the wrapper. But guess what? Put everything on it. And gave me the wrong drink. Do better

Wrong order wrong attitude and blamed both on the inexperience of the team. End result, poor leadership results in a poor experience. See picture - whooper failed in ever regard.

I get a Whopper maybe twice a year, just to full a craving. Worst fries in fast food and the rest of the menu is a loss. I wish they would bring back the rodeo cheese burger. Fast food as a whole is in decline, there are far better burger options out there. We are not living in the 1980s anymore.

There wasn't one clean table inside. We were waiting for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and we didn't get everything we ordered so we had to go back up and wait again. Also, we witnessed another customer having to clean their own table! We won't eat inside the Springboro location again. If (BIG if) we go back, we'll be using the drive thru. All in all it was not a good experience.

I just came through the drive-through, and a lady was taking my order, and when I paused to see what my husband wanted she never came back to finish taking my order a man rudely asked me if my husband wanted a whopper with no ketchup I said no he doesn’t want cheese I tried to get the guy to switch my fries to onion rings for me and my husband and the guy said pull around so I did and a female was trying to take my payment and I told her that we want all onion rings, and she got upset and turned around to tell the man that was packing the orders how I didn’t want fries and I want onion rings she pushed my drinks in my hand. It was clear to me that she was upset. Thank God I am moving out of this crazy state and don’t plan to ever go to this Burger King again Springboro Ohio

I've gone twice now and tried to get the classic chicken sandwich and they keep giving me the original one why.

I love this location and really think it's the best fast food place in the area. Everything is always fresh and hot. Came here at 1 AM and was able to get a freshly made burger and piping hot fries. Most places will only serve food they made hours ago when it's that late. Place is also super clean inside and has always had clean restrooms when I've stopped. I've seen Chick-fil-A's that aren't even run as good as this place.

This location used to my favorite but it has gone downhill. The last few times I went for breakfast, the same young woman working the speaker had an attitude and forgot to bring my food out once. Today's issue was a bit different. I ordered breakfast through the app before the cutoff time, expecting to come pick it up. I get there and they are telling me breakfast is over & that they'll have to make it. If I ordered ahead, BEFORE breakfast was over, why was my order not prepared & waiting for me? They had an attitude as if I did something wrong & almost made me late for work for an order I placed well in advance before I even got there. On top of all that, my French toast sticks were rushed & undercooked. I won't be back.

Very Dirty, Floor a mess, food and drinks left on tables, floor. No straws, napkins, or small lids for your drinks. Bunch of out of control teens (10), at a table shouting, acting out of control, noise unbelievable.
One young boy, trying to clean floors and tables with napkins and hand cleaner (His father probably worked there), Unfortunately he was making even a bigger mess trying to cleanup clean the place. Probably why all the napkins were missing.
On the register receipt didn't even have a the store number printed on the top.
I doubt if I will stop in there again. Very bad dining experience for me!

Exceptional Customer Service! Very Clean! I hadn't eaten there in over 3yrs, it was a great return!

I went thru the drive thru got home and my double cheeseburger had no cheese and was 2 burgers stuck together with ketchup on them! Pathetic! They weren't busy at all!
I've been trying to call because after a long days work I'm very frustrated! But the line remains busy for now 30 min! So I guess they took it off the hook so they didn't have to actually do their jobs! Very disappointed tonight!

Classic burgers and good service.
The burgers are off a good size and are typically quite tasty. Service was as one would desire in a drive thru.

Well I got there around 11pm tonight and people were inside working and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and nobody assisted me. Why say you’re open until 1 in the morning and then nobody wants to work. Get it together

This BK had some of the nicest staff I've seen in a long time. Food came out quick and fresh.

Awesome place the drive-through lady works her tail off. Literally look it’s gone no tail! Very nice. Friendly staff, fast and efficient and don’t worry about getting that tail in the way because it’s not even there.
