Burger King, Sharonville OH

This may be the best fast food experience I’ve had in 20 years. There were 9 cars in the drive through, but they have a great employee working the window “T” was her name. She is a smiling rockstar. I couldn’t believe how fast the line was moving, very friendly service, and the food was great.

Definitely don't rule at this burger King. Ordered breakfast, sausage and egg, cheese croissant. Egg was as thin as a potato chip. Couldn't taste it. Food was cold, Service was terrible, very unfriendly. I tell the lady I need a receipt and I get when it prints I'll give it to you, bitting my head off!

Hours say it's open at 6 am. Got there at 6 and they told they weren't open yet and wouldn't open untill another employee arrived.

Hit up the drive-thru on a way to work. Kind of slow but typical for the other fast food restaurants around. Food is what you would expect from Burger King.

I was the only person in the restaurant, and it was during dinner rush hour. So I do hope that they could have my order in a timely manner. The staff was courteous, and most of all my food was hot and correct. The person I ordered for, is a very picky person too. Overall a pleasant experience.

We had a large order and they got a few things wrong. We didn't bother to go back, just be sure to check your order. Service was excellent

Food was good but they made my burger wrong twice, the second time I just went ahead and ate it anyway.

Always love a bacon whopper with cheese! My girls love the double cheeseburger. Fries still suck though.

Good friendly service. But you have to eat your burger quickly. After the heat is gone, it seems to loose thr flavor.

The GM there is awesome. She makes everything right when there is an issue. I am amazed how well she handles all situations with a smile. The restaurant is always so clean. I get carryout at least once a week. So I have a very good idea how that restaurant is ran. As I was once a GM for BK I feel I am a good judge on how well she runs that restaurant. I eat out often in Sharonville and her restaurant is my number one restaurant. And the best BK with in 50 miles.

Staff fairy courteous and helpful. May have a longer wait time for lobby. But lobby clean employees professional and enthusiastic. Drink areas clean and stocked.
