Burger King, Toledo OH

Everyone that's working today. September 7th at 730 should be fired. Take their sweet time to make fast food. Are they that slow where they can't keep up

Highly recommend for years. If you get up early you gotta get a breakfast sandwich I've tried 3 different ones so far and I love all of then, kids favs are French toast sticks and hash browns

This BK normally gets my orders correct, but lately this has not been the case. Now the orders are not correct and then when you bring it back you have to wait in line again and then listen to the ones that messed your order up talk smack about you. If you want good service and the order that you paid for DON'T GO TO THIS BURGER KING!

Still the same reliable food flavors, but less for more money. We were lucky to get folks that were ok with having an actual, short, conversation.

Wasn't open for dine in so can't judge atmosphere. Burgers were ordered and received in a timely manor and correctly.

Haven't been to burger King in awhile. Saw they were still open and thought it sounded good. Pull in and they had a bucket blocking the drive thru so they could close early. Dooe for inside was locked as well. Watch 5 cars pull in and pull right out and go to the taco bell across the street.bad look for burger King. If you say you're open until 11 and I pull in at 10: 39 and you're closed, then don't advertise that you're open until 11. If taco bell wasn't open across the street, I would have been really upset for making the drive for no reason. Just think you should adjust your closing time to the actual closing time.

Love It. Right on our corner, not even 5 minute walk away. The staff has come to know us very well and in todays world, WE ARE BLESSED & HIGHLY FAVORED to have them. They are always warm and welcoming. We ALWAYS leave with a huge smile from their customer service.

Just stopped in for breakfast. My meal on the menu board said seven dollars and 80 something cents I got charged almost 9 dollars, I asked for a receipt. The girl at the window said oh it’s broken until tomorrow. I inquired about the price difference and she said the boards are old. I think they’re just ripping their customers off pocket in my extra dollars. No explanation won’t be coming back here again would not recommend thanks for ripping me off and not giving a receipt.

Made it to the store at 7: 59 pm. They had cones and buckets blocking the drive through and had the doors locked. Employees inside ignoring me at the door. It must be nice being able to close up and go home whenever you want.

I order 3 8pcs number had coupon for one 8pcs and fries and only came home with 3 pack of 8pcs nuggets

We order $63 worth of food we asked for our food to be cooked hot when we got home my fish sandwich was so hard I couldn't feed it to my dog so we took the order back the young man got smart with me told me he will punch out and come outside because his mother runs the restaurant he feels he has the right to talk to customers any kind of way. But the restaurant manager was very nice she replaced what was wrong Phillips Avenue

Very friendly employee's one lady was nice enough to change my daughter's drink at last min bc kids will be kids she had to change her mind lol then turned around and asked the worker for a crown and the employee she was just more than happy to do everything this little girl asked if her so thank you again for being wonderful employees and treating my daughter as a nother normal customer

Stopped on Phillips for dinner to take home, and we had a larger order. We were asked to pull forward to wait for some of our food. We waited for 20 minutes until I finally called inside. We were then given a medium sized bag. I questioned the person who brought the bag but he said everything was there and returned to the store. Before leaving we checked the bag.and found multiple items missing INCLUDING THE ITEMS WE HAD BEEN WAITING FOR. I called into the restaurant again and attempted to explain what was wrong. The girl screamed at me - saying I was yelling at her, that they were working short, etc.and was cussing the whole time. I said I would like a refund rather than wait for food again. Couldn't even get the words out before she slammed the phone down, hanging up on me. I left rather than have another confrontation, but someone owes me $34!
