I've never had an issue with this BK. Staff are friendly, foods good, it's always clean. What more could anyone ask for?
The food nd the service was great. The girl who waited on me Lanite was the best. She was all professional nd was respectful. Make her a manager.
The staff was nice and quick with my order I was pretty much in and out and the woman working the drive through lanite I think was very kind and made sure I got everything in my order

Was trying to call and place a order wasn't answering so I get there there's no one there and I called just to see and they are so lazy they will not answer the phone
Got a chicken sandwich and French fries yesterday for dinner, ended up puking my guts out all night. Pretty sure I have food poisoning.
Super slow.and they always miss up the orders. Today they tried to give me someone else's order. And I waited over 20 mins in line.
My fiance went there on Sun April 2nd 2023 at approx. 7: 21 pm ordered food was asked to pull up and waited for 20 minutes for the food to be brought out. An employee came out for a break he asked him about our and was told "I don't know" then finally the food was brought out of course it was ice cold couldn't be eaten the lobby doors where locked so couldn't go in and complain. Tried calling the restaurant directly and of course no answer. Not happy at all. Terrible service and I will be calling tomorrow with the hopes of getting a hold of a manager that can address and take care of my issue to my satisfaction. After this evening I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. Save your money and get your food someplace else. Do NOT go here
Ordered on GrubHub and they can't even get basic things right. Got the classic melt and the chicken king. Classic melt was not toasted and the chicken king still had tomato despite selecting 'No Tomato. ' There were no straws included either. This is the worst Burger King ever, every time I go here they mess up my order. Never going back.
I will never go there again the staff was very ignorant and rude for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Yelling and slamming items at me through the drive thru. Better business bureau has been contacted.
