Burger King, Coshocton OH

I go in every morning Before work for a medium iced mocha coffe and it’s always great! This morning a different woman took my order and I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit meal with a medium mocha iced coffee. Well I had a feeling it was going to be messed up because she asked me if I wanted mocha or vanilla after I said mocha, so I get my food and the tater tot‘s are so burnt and hard you could barely chew them and there was egg on my sandwich which I am very allergic to and it was cold. I had to go to work so I wasn’t able to go back and get my order corrected but I was so dissatisfied with my experience! The worker needs to pay attention to what people say! To say that started my day off wrong is an understatement!

I was craving burger king and wanted to take my kids there for dinner after work this Wednesday (I got off around 8: 30) so I placed a mobile order around 8: 45 and get there about 9. For some reason they hadn't received my order until I got there, which ok my phone was jacking up so maybe that's why.so we wait about 10 minutes for our food which is fine because there's only one cook but they could of given us our drinks while we waited because my kids were getting antsy so we get order and our drinks and everything is genuinely tasty but they didn't put extra pickles on my impossible king but it's fine the kids and I are enjoying it. So we finish eating about 9: 45 and we are still hungry so I go up to the counter and tell the cook that everything is bussin and he just blankly stares at me and gets back to work. Which I get it, your busy, your tired, you wanna get home etc. But I genuinely was trying to compliment him so anyways I order another impossible king with extra pickles and another chicken fry for the kids and leave. Get out to my Jeep to leave and eat the burger.it has NO pickles on it I feel like that was done on purpose. I really try to be understanding when restaurants are short staffed but I felt very unappreciated as a customer especially when I go out of my way to compliment you even when the service is slow to begin with and not completely correct. The customer service there is not worth it even if the food is good even when it's not right.

The computer systems went down after we placed our order, they could not take payment but gave us our food anyway! Very nice accommodating staff! Always a pleasure when we visit here.

Order the big fish combo with onion rings
The fish was very small and tasteless! Onion rings were hot! Kinda expensive for what you get!

VERY rude staff, I went there around 8.30 tonight and first I had to wait 10 mins for them to serve the car in the front of me, and then I pulled up to get my food and lady almost forgot my drinks and she wouldn’t had given them to me had I not asked. I then asked if I needed to pull around again or go inside to get my mother in laws mobile order. The one lady rudely told me that 1st there was a mobile order then walked over to a screen to see the order then 2nd rudely told me I needed to go around again because people where waiting behind me which that I knew because the order was placed I asked a simple question I was planning to already go around again I just needed to know WHERE to pick up the mobile order inside or around again through the drive through. Then the rude lady began to talk about me and my mother in law to other employees and LAUGH. I will never go here again and I have contacted corporate because that rude behavior she not be allowed in customer service

Very. Very rude. Been here a few times now and service was the same each time. Food wasn't very good to boot.

Food was served piping hot and delicious! Dining room/rest room was clean. Will definitely come back!
