Burger King, Columbus OH

Now this is the best around 11: 00am, every single thing was hot and fresh, Double Whopper with cheese meal. It was delicious

I don’t know what’s her name who serves drive-thu, she better needs to watch her mouth! She is very rude showing attitude for no reason! Awful service

This location has a few great workers but the horrible ones out shine them. The professionalism is so trash it’s not even funny. Something will go wrong on their end and they don’t expect to help or refund someone’s money back especially when they didn’t even make or give the customer their food. I literally did a mobile order. They told me their system was down which is cool, so I asked can I get a refund and the person on there is telling me “you ain’t getting your money back, goodbye” (that’s literally how she talk from the beginning till the end) as if I didn’t spend money already for something you can’t make. She put someone else on the speaker and he didn’t know what he was talking about, just trying to convince me to ignore the fact that I spent money and that I’m not obviously getting my meal. Didn’t even know where to point me how to get my money back, had to do his job figure it out for myself. I work in customer service, and this was just trash. This was the most simplest conversation and they could even handle it

This is for the store manager or owner hopefully they see this, I came in at 11: 55am 10/06/2023 to get a whopper meal and there was only 3 people so i knew there was going to be a wait, the guy in the kitchen working hard and another guy packing and doing drive thru orders working hard and there was this lady there that did not care at all about her job, she was being rude to customers when they would ask for something simple as a straw etc, dragging her feet around mean mugging people, there shouldn’t be any room for that at a place where people just want to go and grab some food, shows bad representation of who’s running the place i know you can do way better!

This is the worst burger King ever! Rude and ignorant employees can't fulfill online orders or use their brain to use critical thinking skills at all! Never ever will I cover back to this store!

Went through the drive through and ordered a sweet tea with no ice and a young lady spit in my drink

They decided they wanted to close 40 minutes early tonight, and say they wouldn't give me my Uber Eats order. Waste of time/gas.

They forgot about our order when we were dining in, took about an hour to get some burgers.

Melissa helped us. We wanted Whoppers and it was only breakfast. We were ready to walk out. Her attitude turned us around. Don't lose this employee. " SHES A KEEPER"

Just left from there had to wait forever even though no cars in front of us… Lady in the drive thru was also rude and ghetto.

Food was cold had a youngster agrue with me on if I ordered cheese or not like I'm trying to finesse them out out 30 cents

UPDATE STILL THE WORST RESTAURANT Until service and quality is done, they can build all the new stores they want but still a bad experience. I should have read the reviews cause they are correct.

I ordered 6 WJ 2 of them no tomato no onion 4 with extra pickles. My food was cold my bread was wet and soagy none of my sandwiches had tomato and they all had onion. The lady who took my order was nice and did ring it in right but there is definitely ppl in the kitchen who can’t follow simple directions. I’m mad ash about my food.

I don’t advise you to not come to this location I am absolutely disgusted I consumed raw chicken because of this location and their negligence

Just wanted to let the owner (s) of this location know they have a great crew of workers at that location. My husband and I were in Columbus for a flag football tournament on June 10th, we stayed the night at the Best Western across the street. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous. The food was good and hot. We are 65 years old and have never had such pleasant experience with fast food. Thank your employees for a job well done.

Just took a friend to burger King, I have had too many issues with the quality of food and service along with trust because children are running these places and they have no dignity or respect for the company or the customer so this place is a no no for me personally
