Burger King, Dayton OH

Gave it 2 tries in the last month. Both times we had to heat food in microwave. Needle to say done with this place.

Worst BK in huber heights.go there often and they always get the order wrong! Never going to that one again.go to the one on old troy pike!

The employees were kind of rude when you order. They must be hurting because if you ask for sauce for your fries or rings they charge! The food was better than last time so thats why I gave 3 stars. Service was terrible which is why I didn't give all 5.

40 minutes to make a double cheeseburger combo. It was still cold. Food wasn't fit for my dog. Got attacked by two crackheads in the parking lot. Employees had face masks around their necks. Never ever ever ever evereverever coming back

Rude manager, let my food sit while tending to drive thru, food was cold. Waited 10 minutes, staring at my food the whole time. Manager told me there was BBQ sauce in the bag, there was not, only allowed cashier to give me one sauce. Customer is not always right here, I'll never eat here again.

Very unclean. Although this particular chain had been affected by the recent storms, there was no excuse for terrible customer service and the food was cold and not very good at all. Management was aware of these issues but did not value their customers enough to address their concerns. Very unhappy!

Love their breakfast sandwiches, fast service. Nice employees. Sonetimes hard to get condiments from them! Great prices.

Onion rings were hard and crispy couldn't taste the onion and the chicken nuggets were clearly not fresh as they were not warm and not soft

The woman in drive thru had no clue what she was doing, order wasn't correct, she started yelling at other employees, she was plain rude, will not go back to that Burger King again

I'm thinking about how many times do I have to ck my order almost always.
1 time 4 orders were wrong besides mine and it was not just the drive thru!

Management has improved and the unprofessional employees have been let go. Food is always made correctly - hot and fresh and most importantly it's ready quickly with employees always greeting us with a friendly smile. It's the best BK in Dayton hands down! Y'all are really taking a chance going to a different one.

They will screw up your order and get an attitude when you call them on it. This is not the first time I have had this happen this location. Definitely will be the last as I will no longer be going to this location.

Bacon cheeseburger hard cold must have been sitting awhile. Drove off hadn't eaten since early it was close to 7 I. Evening no customers. I ate it cause I was very hungry. All dry

Burgers were sloppily put together. Onion rings had been sitting a long time and were barely warm.

Tonight's meal was the two Whopper dinner with a coupon. Cheap date night. The fries were crisp and hot, the meat seared and still juicy. Overall, a very good experience.

Food is ok. You have to check your complete order EVERY time though. They have left items off our order every single time. Get the paper coupons, much better than the app coupons.

I was in there yesterday, Sara greeted me with a smiling face. My food was hot and delicious. As I was in the dining room, I overheard Latoya yelling at Sara, who did nothing wrong. She was attacking her over a note she left in the office. I personally watched her throw a piece of paper at her. Completely unprofessional! Shame on Latonya. I also heard racial slurs directed at Sara from Latonya. I thought burger King hired better management than that. Shame on you burger King

My experience is that has been hit or miss like a lot of fast food restaurants they're understaffed at times

I told her to hold the pickles and the lettuce and Sara said " special orders don't upset us and to have it your way"! That's my kind of place.
