The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with picking the best meal for me. The burgers were very juicy and full of flavor and the wings were crispy and well seasoned! I loved the whole experience and the atmosphere- highly recommended

Prices are slightly higher than other places; however the quality and quantity of food makes up for it.

I came here some time ago and it was good then. But my recent visit the food was not hot, wings were dry and tasted old and the chicken sandwich had a weird after taste. The milkshake also was okay. Not great.

It doesn't matter if you go in the morning or evening, BurgerIM is one of my favorite places to stop for a bite or cocktail. If you go in the morning, the owners Mario and Maya will be there. They're both super friendly and actually took the time to get to know me a bit and they remember my and ask me about the pieces of my week I've told them about when I come in. If you go during the evening, you'll see familiar friendly faces there watching the game enjoying some wings and drinks! The servers are always good for a laugh and it's a very nice atmosphere. I usually go with the wings with the sweet crunchy sauce they make in-house. They get the wings fresh, never frozen, and cook them to order! If I'm feeling a burger, I usually go with the Spanish Beef when I want a little heat. I love lamb, and I've never had a lamb burger before coming to BurgerIM. Now I like them more than gyros! My favorite is the consistency throughout the day. They never disappoint and I've enjoyed becoming a regular here.

Beef is obviously frozen and not fresh, they serve patties cut In half on buns sold as a burger, I was so confused. Service was decent for fast food. Inside was clean and trendy.

A co- worker and I ordered today for lunch through Grub Hub. NEVER AGAIN! We ordered he same thing the 3 burger combo all 3 sliders were larger burgers just cut into 1/2 (the bun was for a regular size patty though) The actual slider was plain with cheese even though on the app it states all burgers come with lettuce tomato and sauce. To top it off the meat was dry and cold the patty tasted like the frozen burgers from the store not fresh ground meat. For an order the cost over $40 I would expect the meat to be fresh not frozen. So I paid $40 for a coke!

Best Burger I had in a long time! Fries were pretty good, too. The secret sauce is the bomb!

The establishment was clean and the service was okay but the food was terrible my fries were soggy and I ordered the angus beef burger which was a frozen patty under cooked, the wings were drinched in sauce to the point they were soggy, I also tried the beef sliders which were dry and overcooked on some cold buns, I highly recommend not wasting your money on this food

I had the pleasure of dining at BurgerIM, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their Crispy Chicken and the exceptional service.
The Crispy Chicken at BurgerIM is an absolute delight. The flavors were rich, and the texture was just perfect- crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s evident that they take great care in preparing their food, and it truly shows in the taste.
What stood out even more was the top- notch service. Their knowledge of the menu and their willingness to accommodate special requests made the visit even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend giving BurgerIM a try. It’s a dining experience you won’t forget.

I ordered the Greek lamb burger and it was terrible. It had zero flavor the whole sandwich wasn’t even together when I got it. The spring lettuce was old. The onion rings was soggy. The homemade juice was wayyyyyy to sweet. I waited 15 minutes for cold food. Like not even over exaggerating. I’d avoid this place. 0/5

Gave them another chance and they did slightly better, burger was good but lacked seasoning and the bacon was barely there. The onion rings were a bit greasy but tasty.

I’m really only giving two stars because the lavender lemonade was the best part. The fries had no salt and the burger wasn’t seasoned. The house sauce pretty much tasted like yum yum. The food made my stomach hurt and I didn’t want to write this review but the fact that I spent $16 I had to. The food should’ve been $7.

I love eating here! They have the best wings for probably 10 miles I’d put them up there with BW3’s or Kim’s wings or Open Pitt. I’ve never heard of a lamb burger before but I tried the lamb and it was so delicious and flavorful. They have also mastered the art of Bar Food! The mozzarella sticks are actually stringy and melted the onion rings are crunchy they even have fried cauliflower for the non meat and dairy eaters and they actually really tasty. The staff is so friendly and down to earth interacting with them doesn’t feel rehearsed or like they have to use set responses like most bars/restaurants. Considering the prices and quality of service and food I could eat here everyday.

I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say it exceeded my expectations, it had a cozy ambiance was impressed with the menu selection. I opted for the grilled chicken and the patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavourful.
The service was top notch with the staffs being attentive to your order and the owner checking up on you in case you have a complaint.
I can confidently recommend this burger place to anyone in it’s surrounding
