I had to wait forever to be rung up due to Brandi talking with a customer about her cats and dogs. I was the only person in line and by the time her conversation was over the line was more than 10 complaining customers. As I approached the register she proceeded to blame the wait on the talkative customer and then tried multiple times to start a conversation with me. Nothing wrong with talking to customers, but it’s affecting her ability to do her job in a timely manner.

The staff that works night shift is frequently very rude, there is a particular worker (heavyset lady with glasses that has been mentioned by others) who is over the top with this and most recently decided to close the store 20 minutes early. When I said don’t you close in 20 minutes? I just need to grab one item she said I decided we close now and closed and lock the doors in front of my face as she was kicking other customers out who were also complaining. When I tried to call the store they picked up mumbled something angrily and hung up on me, and proceeded to do it 2 more times…Totally unacceptable behavior, makes me not want to even shop here anymore although I love the store in every other aspect and did shop frequently.

Product selection is okay. That is the only reason for two stars. The employees seem less than happy at this location. They fail to remove security tags often. They guess at prices when the product does not have a tag instead of doing a price check. Overall go to Huber Heights location and save yourself the hassle.

I was looking for a dress to wear to an awards show and be red carpet ready. I’m not a dress person but found them most amazing dress that’s perfect. The price was unbelievable too, super affordable without breaking the bank. I will shop there again

I must say sometimes you find something you badly need waiting places like these. I wanted a Jacket matching my Van Hussaen Pant. I been to big stores couldn't find the matching Jacket to wear in a ceremony. Then went to Burlington and here you go found the matching Jacket with same brand name. Woo Hoo.

A reasonable store with a large collection for everyone in the family. Clothing lines are organised and can rely on the sizing on the rails. Number of brands clothing at a cheaper price i.e. Some mens branded t-shirts for $5 (in 2023). Not seen many staff on the floor to help in case you need it. Staff at the tills weren't very welcoming. Maybe I visited Friday late afternoon. Crazy late evening opening hours so a lot of flexibility to fit shopping in busy schedule. Needless to say there was ample parking and disabled parking slots in front of the store.

Nice store. Large selection of clothes and other home goods. Fitting rooms are available and open. Clean store and clean bathroom as well. The checkout was fast and nice.

Something always has to happen today they charged me a lot and I checked the receipt and oh things they charged me in 2 moments. That makes me feel very bad I think it's not the first time

Heavier lady with glasses at front telling people they closed at 9: 50 instead of 10: 30. She couldn’t provide a reason nor would give her name.

Beware: the fitting rooms at this location have broken locks. Burlington has eleminated appropriate fitting rooms, leaving just two random stalls in the front of the store. At this location, the locks are not functioning. After having someone walk in on me as I was attempting to try on clothing, I asked the staff why the fitting area doors would not lock. The only response I received was an excuse about a work order being put in. There was no care at all on the part of the manager that I had a bad experience. I will definitely be letting everyone know that Burlington has no respect for the privacy and safety of their guests.

Here you can get very good quality clothes, they are the ones that take a long time to come out at the mool

Do not come here. I came in Saturday 12/3/22 at 0800 right when they opened to buy some dress clothes and the people working in here didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. I asked a black gentleman working behind the counter where I could find some dress clothes and he seemed irritated at me asking and said I would need to speak with the woman he was working with. Well with all due respect, If you are going to have an attitude like that, then no I don’t want your business. Afterwards I just left. Stay away from this store
