This one usually has some good stuff but the customer service is kinda slow. Other than that it's a great place to shop.

The blonde hair manager was rude to me as well. Other store, I don’t have any issue. I was trying to return a product. She is not going to take it. I came to the other store and they had love to take the product. 1star for the manager on that particular store only

Love this place. Got beautiful items, great quality and price. I love being and they have bling.

This is a one star merely for the smell of dead, rotting mouse when you walk in. The whole place smells like it. Call an exterminator and find the source. Sick.

Do not even waste your time if you are trying to find clothes here. The “manager” that works nights. That has blonde hair is EXTREMELY rude. She wouldn’t let me try on any items. I legit had one piece of clothing and she was rude and said that they were closing early due to short staff. Meanwhile the green light was on above the dressing room. Most definitely does not need to be working retail let alone being a manager.she wouldn’t even let me try on a single item 45 minutes before close. Pathetic.

Customer service is forgotten here. I did a return that I purchased on a debit card and they offered me cash or store gift card. So of course I said cash. They wanted to give me $10.99 Supervisor made me run back to my car in the rain in order to get $11 back. I've spent over $600 in this store in the last 5 months between me, my kids and my foster kids. Burlington will NEVER see me or mine again. And I'm telling all the foster families I know to take their business to TJMaxx. I miss the good old days when customers were valued

The store is large, cozy, prices are reasonable, clothes, selections are a lot, I liked it

The worst Courteney service ever. Appears there are many fitting rooms available. Only using one for all customers in the store. No manager will open other available fitting room. Nasty workers.

Good selection of clothes with great price. The staffing situation can use some improvement. There was only one cashier with a long line waiting. The fitting rooms were closed. It’s hard to buy clothes without trying them on.

Two dressing rooms but you can't use either of them! Dirty store with nasty employees.
