Since my first post at Busam, I have purchased a second car, 2022 Legacy. Their service dept is excellent, I asked Gene what we could do about the 12" display. My wife uses the seat heaters and heating controls often. To get to the actual controls takes four steps and is difficult when driving. Their is now a software update that resolves all that which was done by Busam's service team. We are very grateful! It is a game changer, and highly recommend it! The Busam, sales, parts and service staff are excellent to work with. Give them a call.

I spoke to Tyler Yarnell the new car manager, on the phone, regarding a new car I saw on the Busam Subaru website. He went over and above getting me a price I could afford on this new 2024 Legacy. When the car arrived James Henderson, one of the new car salesman, finished the sale and helped set up the technology on the car. Both of these men were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. If you are looking to purchase a car I would highly recommend Busam Subaru.

Just bought my second Outback from Busum Subaru. Went with the 2023 Limited. Bought mine from Jeff Flemming. Between him and GSM Ray Hill you couldn’t get a smoother, hassle free experience with clear up front pricing at another dealer in Greater Cincinnati Area. They worked around my schedule. No sitting inside a dealership for 6 hours. I spent less than 30 minutes inside the dealership. Jeff was very thorough explaining all the features on my new Outback. See you guys in about 3 years!

Staff m have always been very kind and professional. Service is timely and I feel that I'm being given a clear and complete explanation of what is going on with my vehicle every time. Jeff, Jason, & the service department manager (I can't remember his name right now) are all friendly, knowledgeable, and generous people. I truly feel as if I'm taken care of like family here.

Rebecca J was my salesperson and took the time to understand my vision with genuine empathy. I gained insight towards a more realistic future and Rebecca returned with an offer that requires no further haggling on my end. If you don't want to pander very long, go see them if you REALLY want that Subaru.

We found the Outback to be very solid and a good vehicle to travel in. It holds a lot and we travel quite comfortably in it. The adaptive cruise control is quite helpful especially on the expressway. We are very happy with our purchase and will return to Busam Subaru when we need another vehicle.

Right after the three year warranty on a 2019, the car starts to break down. Subaru is losing the quality on its cars. Subaru is advancing the technology of thier vehicles too quickly where the three year warranty is no longer adequate for its newer vehicles.
Update August 2023 Dealership just doesnt get back to you whenever you dont want to buy a car. Typical sales only organization - any custome service afterwards is absent.

Jacob "Jr. " helped me order a '23 WRX back in March. Received it early in May. The process was very smooth, no hidden fees or anything extra besides what we discussed. Today the Subaru OEM parts arrived and were installed making the wait worth it. If looking for a honest dealer let them help you find something on the lot or you can order the dream color/model of your choice like me! Thanks for working with us & we look forward to purchasing our second car soon**

One of the only dealers I've dealt with lately willing to deal with me on prices. Drove over 2 hours to get there. Clean dealership with a spot for the kids to play. The only thing to improve on would be the number of salesmen. Also, the porter that was there was fantastic! He had nothing to do with the sale of the vehicle, but he was making sure we were taken care of and the car was delivered spotless. High praises for him. All in all very good experience, and I will consider them again for future purchases.

I took my 2011 outback for repair and after keeping it for months and charging me 1800 dollars, the engine light came on as soon as we pulled out of the dealership lot and when we returned the car to have it checked again we were told that we would need to pay an additional 700.00 dollars when they have not fixed it in the first place.very dishonest. The kind of people you don't want to deal with. Learned my lesson!
