Everyone at Busch in Avon Lake was wonderful when my father passed away. They were caring, compassionate, understanding and made the process so much easier to handle. They never tried to "sell me" on anything more than what we wanted and there was no pressure at all. They were kind through the entire process and continue to reach out with helpful emails and resources that grieving individuals need to know, but just can't deal with at the time, and they are appropriately timed for just what I need to know when I need it. I appreciate that they continue to help and didn't make it all about a business dealing. I felt they truly cared that everything be done according to our wishes and would highly recommend then to anyone who has to go through this difficult process of losing a loved one.
