Busch helped us through the funeral process. We had no idea where to begin and they walked us through each part. We so much appreciated the compassion they showed our family at the difficult time.

The staff were very compassionate, patient, thorough in explaining things to us. Busch made a difficult event easier to manage the practical aspects of a funeral service. Excellent experience all around.

The Parma Busch funeral home handled my fathers services in 2008. My mother and our entire family were so thoroughly satisfied, that my mother chose this funeral home for when her time came.

A few months ago, when it was apparent that our mother would not recover from an illness, we contacted Busch, and Bob Solich became our contact/funeral director in the pre-planning stage and throughout the process. He was compassionate, professional and thorough from the onset and made the process easier for all of us.

In late August 2023, my mother passed away, and the people at Busch could not have been more helpful. From the folks who responded to her facility, to the entire staff who oversaw the funeral itself, and of course Mr. Solich. They coordinated with Social Security, the National Cemetery and all the other services we needed.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was great to work with and they took care of our family. Our family really appreciated how thorough the staff explained the process. They have a great team.

Folks at Busch are a wonderful, courteous, helping, full of patience throughout the ceremony. Did not have to utter a single word nor make a single request all through the proceedings. As the events unfolded, every staff member knew what & when to help us all through the process. Busch staff let us (150+) complete all our traditional rites to everyone's satisfaction. Yes.this is my first funeral and the staff have my gratitude, respect and appreciation for helping us with the final rites. God bless the entire staff at Busch.

I had a dear friend of mine that is like a mother to me lose her husband. I used a florist I’ve never used before to have flowers delivered but I didn’t see them while I was there & she said they never showed. I got confirmation of the delivery so I had to call Busch Funeral home to investigate the issue for me. They were so sweet & quickly efficient on looking into this & getting back to me. I received a call back within 5 minutes letting me know the flowers didn’t show up until after the funeral was over. Thank you for such a lovely service & for following up with me on my issue so quickly, I got a full refund on the flowers & they are even holding them for my dear friend to pick them up with her other items!

The whole experience was reassuring calming and peaceful. We could not ask for better service. Julie was always in touch making sure that we were informed about the details of our Mother's memorial service. She is pleasant to work with, professional warm she genuinely cared about our well-being during this difficult time. The staff from the very beginning, starting with the visitation and ending with the reception were so lovely. Everyone knew what to do and say because they cared. The entire family was more than satisfied and very much at peace with the service that we received. I must mentioned this, it was so touching, as I was leaving the grave site I asked one of the Funeral Directors when would the casket be lowered into the grave, she informed me when it would happen and that she and the other Director would not
leave my Mom's grave site until it was fully and properly accomplished. Wow. They took the utmost care of this final step. I will not forget how lovingly they were.

My wife's passing was expected and I had the opportunity to explore several other places to handle the memorial service and cremation of her. Upon reflection I chose Busch Funeral Home to perform her needed services. Wendy Wheeler was the funeral director who was my point of contact for the needed services and she was truly a blessing to me and my wife. The entire staff had performed her needed services with great care for her and great compassion for me. Their truly selfless service represents the finest example of dedication to customer care I have rarely seen demonstrated in the business climate of today. I highly recommend them to assist you in your time of need.

I never thought I"d post a review for funeral business, but I feel inclined to do so because I'm so grateful for the compassion extended to my family during a very difficult time. We received the utmost care and attention to details from Christian Speth. He related so well to our family, and we felt as if he was an extension of us as we made arrangements to lay my father to rest. He was beyond patient and had a calming presence for us as we worked through some coordination challenges and he offered various ideas and solutions. I feel like it takes a special person to work in the funeral field, and he is truly a gem.

The Busch facility is very nice and clean, including the outdoor courtyard, which is a nice reprieve. They offer all types of services and products that you could need for any type of arrangements. We were very pleased and I view them as best-in-class in Northeast Ohio. Should you have the unfortunate need to make arrangements, they will provide seamless and compassionate service.
