Bush Flooring’ employee/installer Joe Johnston did an amazing job installing carpet and vinyl today, 13sept2023… He seamed the vinyl perfectly…. As such I couldn’t tell where the seam was. Bush is an amazing company. Gordon provides the best service, as I am always changing the scope of the carpet, and he is always accommodating. Thank you Gordon.very lucky to have you around. I just had close to 1400 sq ft of Proximity Mills LVT installed in my lower level. First, I'd like to compliment Bush Flooring Center on their wide selection of quality flooring. I couldn't find anyplace else that carried Proximity Mills and many other high quality flooring at a reasonable price. I worked with Oliver and he was very knowledgeable and above all honest. He worked with me to make the purchase price as affordable as possible. Tony did the in home measurements and explained all the details necessary to complete the 3 day installation process. I cannot use enough superlatives to describe the excellent job Tony and his crew did. They were extremely thorough and paid attention to the little details that separate a good job from a great one. The installers were true professionals in every respect. I am delighted with my new flooring and highly recommend Bush Flooring Center to anyone wishing to purchase quality flooring.

The whole process of replacing our basement floor with Bush Flooring Center was excellent. They were responsive to my questions initially and had a large selection to choose from in person. The measurement and ordering was well explained with no hidden costs. We are thrilled with the new look; the installation was efficient and well done.

Bush flooring did an amazing job with both the carpet and LVF. The floors look perfect and the job was completed in a couple of days.

I had a laminate floor installed in my kitchen about two years ago. I started noticing separation between some of the boards.

Bush came in to do some repairs but the issue kept occurring. Apparently it was a manufacturers defect.

Bush decided to replace my floor at no cost to me.we ended up Replacing the entire kitchen floor with a more expensive product and even extended it into our laundry room. The new floor looks beautiful and Bush did a great job.

We have used Bush for all of our flooring needs and are always impressed with the work they do, and their excellent support of their customers. Very reputable and honest.

I couldn't be happier with the stair runner I got from Bush Flooring. I looked several places for a large print, black and white, modern geometric design, and was so surprised that I could find nothing anywhere except here! Bush Flooring is smaller and more nimble than someplace like Buddy's Carpet, so they get cooler products and are willing to order something you see online if they don't have a sample in the store. They were friendly and professional from my original sales visit, to scheduling and installation. A joy to work with.

Purchased and installation of carpet for our house. Tear out of old carpet and installation was done by a single person, Branden. He did superb work and did not stop working the entire time he was here. He was friendly and thorough in his clean up afterwards. Five stars for for the installation, craftsmanship, and quality of the carpet. Only negative was in the communication with the office. Wasn't clear on scheduling after we sent in payment and the day of installation had a miscommunication on when they would be starting.
Overall would use again and recommend.

Bush Flooring has helped me with several projects. My most recent experience from selection through install was awesome. Frank did an excellent job on installation and follow up. I will happily use Bush Flooring again for our LVT and carpet needs.

Easiest carpet installation of my life. Everyone was super professional, we got a great price on the carpet itself, and the installers themselves were top guys. They completely tore down and installed two bedrooms in a morning, my kid didn't even have to miss naptime in their room.
