Eric and his crew installed a new Ruud furnace and hot water tank along with an air purification system in our home. It was a long and ugly job. They completed the work in one day, cleaned up and were professional and friendly. Eric is a very hard working and knowledgeable professional. I don’t believe that anyone else could have done a better job.

Recently I had an HVAC system installed by Bush Heating. Eric and his crew were great. Very professional, cleaned up after the installation and had the air on by 5pm on a hot summer day! I would highly recommend them and their work.

I wanted to take a minute and let you know about what a great experience I had with your company. Several years ago, I purchased a new furnace from Elton’s Heating & Air Conditioning. I have a Ruud R96V furnace and a high efficiency 14 Seer r410a 3-ton heat pump. While the heat pump runs most of the time, I have propane for the emergency heat. For a while everything was great but then I started noticing when the emergency heat was supposed to kick on, it wasn’t. After several calls trying to get some service (since Elton’s Heating is no longer in existence, I called Bush Heating. Your staff was excellent and took my call right away and Deon called when he said he would to come check things out. He found a piece of cardboard that was placed there by a former Elton’s Heating technician as a temporary fix, but that tech never returned to fix it permanently.

Deon determined that this top-of-the-line furnace was never hooked up to operate properly from the beginning. He replaced the parts that were still under warranty and configured the furnace as it should have been done.

I have hired a fair amount of people during my career, and I know how important it is to find employees that care and take pride in their work. Deon is one of those employees. I wanted to congratulate you on hiring such a great technician. Bush Heating will be my company from now on because of him.

I called them about my hot water tank needed to get a part fixed on it waited the almost 2 weeks for the part to come in so I could have hot water Ainsley heating and cooling are at my house installing a new furnace when the part arrived at my house I did not know there was such animosity between bushes and Ainsley that bushes told my wife go ahead and have Ainsley fix it since there here and he left. I would not recommend bushes to anyone at this point they lost my respect and my business and I will tell every one I know do not use them they are un relaiable and don't wanna make money they just waste your time who I have fix what in my house is not there concern do your job and that's is your concern nothing else on the plus side Ainsley heating and cooling did tremendous work on my furnace and ac unit install I highly recommend them very Profesional guys

The gentlemen from Bush Heating were professional, prompt, and easy to work with. They were courteous and respectful of my home. (They were even incredibly friendly to my dog.) I had a furnace and AC unit replaced, an air purifier added to the furnace, and a new thermostat installed. They had to move some lines due to relocating the AC unit from one side of my house to the other and they did a SUPERB job. Their work is neat and tidy. The job took two days. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess when they left. They took care of the product warranty documents and registration as well. Bush Heating offered financing too. I would (and WILL) recommend them to family and friends. Locally owned and operated with honest and knowledgeable technicians doing the work. Call this company for all of you HVAC needs!
