My experience with them is absolutely horrible my Durango was towed to them because of a busted thread from a spark plug that got lodged into the head of the motor charged me 3800 for the work and then told me my exhaust manifold was bad which I already knew about when I bought it when I said I'm not worried about it he told it was going to be an extra 2100 dollars when I said no don't do it he did it anyways and charged me for it apparently when ur customer says no it means just charge them and we will do it anyways but the guy in the front named Andy is awesome but no I will never ever use the company again when I get my Durango back but it's fine by me I can contact my lawyer and ask him to bring his mechanic

These guys were amazing, my work was done quickly and thoroughly. They’ve been following up on the work to ensure everything is running well. I’d definitely recommend these guys to everyone that wants quality work.

When my 1989 jeep wrangler broke down in front of Bridgeport high school Robert stopped to see if he could help. He is doing major repairs on it.
I took my 1995 mustang to Busted knuckles after major disappointment with the work that the Ford dealership continued to mess up. 2 days and dead battery. They had it for several months same problem. I will never use Jim Robinson's Ford dealership again.

I had the mustang towed to Busted knuckles. My directions were make it safe to drive clear across the country and back. Same as I had told the others. Busted knuckles fixed the battery drain and found problems that we knew about but had not told them. My car has set for 7 days it started 1st try and purrs like a kitten. Rumbles with gas. Steering fixed, jump when shifting gears fixed.
Busted knuckles repair is neat and clean. The repairmen are polite and knowledgeable.

These guys did good work on my Ford F-250. I had them install a new transmission and it is running great and they did it for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They also worked with me to get the core back to the manufacturer.
They even reached out to me afterwards to make sure the transmission was running properly, which I appreciate.
Overall I am very happy with the work performed and will be taking my vehicles here from now on, as I have not had much luck with other local mechanic shops in the past.

Took my Cadillac in for a rack and pinion, these guys did a a quality check, addressed all the current issues, and got it fixed for cheaper than I expected. They made sure it was done properly! Thames guys got a repeat customer for sure!

Great shop with great people! I had a whole laundry list of things that needed fixed on my Jeep and they had it diagnosed, quoted & repaired very quickly at a great price. If you are not mechanically inclined, as I am not, this is the place to go as they don’t try to add on things you don’t really need or didn’t really do like I’ve seen so many shops do especially to women. The owner himself even stayed a little late so I didn’t have to wait till the next day as I was running late & couldn’t make it during business hours. 100% recommend!

They did a custom exhaust for my dump truck. The workmanship was very good and the compression bends were not wrinkled or restrictive. Good place to get a performance exhaust system fabricated.

Had my company car worked on at this shop. They did a 4 wheel brake job and replaced the rear shocks at a very competitive price. Robert is a professional mechanic and business owner and he understands what is needed to fix the car correctly the first time and explains the job in detail to the customer so they are comfortable with the work that's going to be done to their vehicle.

Update: after having some issues, they were willing to fix anything i was unsatisfied with.good professional shop will to do the right thing.would recommend to anyone

Busted Knuckles quickly diagnosed the problem we have been experiencing while driving in our SUV on I-70 - the new battery that AAA put in was the wrong fit and type, causing vibration, noise in the engine compartment, rebooting of navigation system and electrical outages in the vehicle - while driving 65mph on the freeway! Busted Knuckles, in just over a an hour, on a holiday, replaced the battery to a proper fit and type NAPA-guaranteed one, and we were on our way. Would recommend them to everyone.

It's not a cheap shop, I will start by saying that. But, they do the best work in the Ohio Valley. I have been a returning customer since they changed the head gasket on my 08 Outback. Highly recommend.
