Busy Bees Pottery & Arts Studio, Niles OH

I was in on Wednesday with my grandchildren. They had a great time! Katie was very helpful and patient. Thank you, Katie for a special memory.

This is the second time they have screwed up our pottery. There was no attempt to rectify the problem. Beth, the manager was rude, did not care about my time that was wasted because of their mistakes. She never apologized or offered any money back to compensate us for time and gas of driving multiple trips there. I will never return there under any circumstances. She never even responded to emails about the poor service.

Second year that my wife and I went for her birthday, the staff is great and painting the pottery is creative fun

I planned for a friend and I to make these planter/porch learners. They called me two weeks in advance for payment because they won’t cut out the stencil until it’s been paid for. So I gladly paid. Upon arriving we had to wait 30 minutes for the stencils to be cut out. Not a big deal. I understand things happen, but when the time came to put on the stencil, the one they made for mine wasn’t the design I chose and did not fit the leaner length wise. They didn’t have the material to make a new stencil and said I would have to come back in and finish it when their manager could bring more supplies from Cleveland… they didn’t even offer to try and make the other stencil work.it was just the spacing that was too large.so I paid 70 dollars, two weeks in advance to take home a half finished project.not only did I have a not so great experience, but they want me to drag this planter back to the mall in order for me to get a refund on their poor planning and execution.

My 9 year old neice painted a ceramic that i bought for her there when they called and said it was done it was really nice

Wonderful place to go to spend time being creative on a bad weather day or any day actually! The staff are fabulously friendly and so helpful! This is one of my family's new favorite place to go.

This little place is a gem! My friend and I took about an hour or so to paint mugs, the staff was so nice and helpful, the process was fun, and the finished products sooo cute! Definitely check this place out!

I have never experienced a more kind staff at any establishment. I had to reschedule my party and eventually cancel due to illness and they were beyond understanding. They remembered that my mom was sick and wished her well each time we talked. The kindness and the customer experience i had here was absolutely unmatched and I look forward to rescheduling in the future.

Have been to the studio multiple times! The manager is very professional and makes you feel welcome. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does by the way she interacts with the customers! The prices are fair and the turnaround time for your finished product is quick! I will definitely be back!

There is a large selection of crafts to make, all of which you are able to complete on your own. I think that the prices were on the high side for as little support that was offered. We came shortly after opening and were the only ones there for over half of our time. Some paint colors were out of stock. The cashier got the paints for us and each time we were low, we waited for her to get more. Your pick up will be in 5-7 days but I think you must wait for a text - walk in to paint - text to pick up. We were not told to wait for a text and came back in a week. Luckily, our projects were complete and sitting in plain sight. However, the manager was "too busy" to pass the projects to my daughter. I tried to speak with her, letting her know about the confusion and that we drove 30 minutes to pick up these items. She said to come back. She then went and sat with 2 customers who were painting and held a conversation with them, praising their good work and some other chit chat. I felt that she was purposefully being difficult at this point. I waited 30 minutes for her to bag up the 2 items, I didn't mind waiting, better than having made the trip for no reason. I regret not offering to help her, I certainly would have wrapped the items in paper & bagged them. Or, I could have just carried them out in my hands and not wasted the paper.

I attended a mom’s night out at the studio and had a wonderful time! The studio had many pieces available to choose from and all at reasonable prices! The manager, Katie, was very helpful, kind and attentive! The night ran smoothly and I had a wonderful, much needed, mom’s night out! I will definitely be back!

Love it here! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! We have taken our kids multiple times and have always had THE BEST time. They have so many different pieces to choose from!

I was in here and got really great service! They do get busy (but that’s bc they are amazing!) and sometimes it’s a wait.but hey who doesn’t have to wait these days! Trust me… it’s well worth a few minute wait! I will definitely be going back!

They have a pretty large selection of things you can paint and it changes according to seasons and holidays. It's a good place to spend a few hours and I'd recommend it to couples and families especially right now where there's not a lot of places to go during the pandemic. I only gave 4 stars because it's a little pricey, if they had more sales or deals I'd give 5 stars.

My awesome brother surprised me & purchased a gnome for me to paint My whole experience at Busy Bee was fantastic! I enjoyed some me time, relaxed and enjoyed myself painting! Can't wait to see the finished product!
