3I passed the test about 20 days ago and until now the driver’s license has not been printed. Why this delay, I don’t know!
Woke up early to run down to the title division to get my trailer title transferred over. I get there and the Lady behind the desk Raven I’m guessing her name was said that we had to go to the auditors office first. We go down there (20min away) for them to be dumbfounded this lady didn’t notarize our title but we didn’t know. So precious time and money we’re wasted bc this lady has no idea what she’s doing. Is this store going to reimburse the $25 in gas I used bc she can’t pay/afford our time or even the $5 for parking in Cincinnati. NO instead I call and they do nothing but apologize for the inconvenience like ALWAYS. So they have people in their location that don’t know what they’re doing. Looks like I can’t trust people to even do their jobs anymore. I’m beyond livid at this situation. This woman at the title division owes me money, she needs to be more educated before sitting behind a government officials desk. Get her out. From now on the director will take care of me. Had 1 job and she couldn’t get Ben do it. SMH
