If you want a great Hungarian dessert this is the place to order from. Fast service and good tasting food for sure! I had my order in two days during the Christmas holiday too. I couldn't believe it! I have been ordering from the Butter Maid Bakery now for two years and I have never been disappointed. Thank you for the best Nut & Prune rolls.

I live in Florida, and found out about Butterymaid when my sister brought a poppyseed Kolachi to Thanksgiving. I sent the original, walnut, and pecan kolachis to several of my friends. They were such a huge hit. They are every bit as good as advertised. I’m not sending oranges anymore! I also received their Buckeyes—heavenly and the best ever. I am a customer for life. The prices are reasonable and the deliveries were prompt. I can only say good things, honestly. I feel confident I will be tasting many more of their offerings.

My Great Aunt use to make Walnut Horn cookies and they were absolutely amazing. My Great Aunt passed away years ago. Your Walnut Horn cookies are the closest that I've tasted to my beloved Great Aunt

First I ordered mix of 3 walnut and poppy seed rolls to be delivered. I live in Forida. They arived fast in nice boxes, therfore they are make beautiful gifts to anyone. THEY ARE THE BEST I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! I ordered them from many other places before and I never liked them. I have a European background, I know what they're supposed to taste like.
This are tasty, moist and have lots of fillings in them.

They're so delicious that I ordered twice again, each times three at the time (so I get free shipping) I ordered 9 rolls in total for this Christmas.

I would absolutely endorsed this bakery with 10 stars if I could! Although I have not visited the bakery, I have placed numerous orders for the Original Nut Roll Kolache as gifts this year. Everyone I sent it to has responded with rave reviews:) I decided to order one for my family and it was just as delicious as the ones my mom used to make. The first time I placed an order, I somehow messed up and noticed it was going to be sent to me instead of the intended person. Since it was a Sunday, I wrote to the company and a real person wrote back to me and corrected the address. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of their product.

I ordered a poppyseed roll. It was dry, no taste other then perhaps freezer burnt…I’ve had poppyseed from all over the east coast, NYC, New Jersey etc…. Incredibly disappointing

The whole process and product is awesome. These nut rolls are as close to if not identical to the nut rolls my grandmother and family used to make and it brings back fond memories. My Mom still has the recipe written in Hungarian. I had ordered nine original nut rolls, three for my Mom, three for a cousin and three for myself.
